Easy to access parking lot , the staff were friendly , the store was not crowded at all for after work “rush hour” time. They had everything I needed and the prices are great! I would patronize this Costco again !

Great Costco. Friendly staff, fast checkout even during peek hours. It's often packed on weekends and during the lunch hour. Plenty of parking.

On July 11, 2025, between 2–3 PM, I visited Costco for a return, and the process was excellent. The staff at the return counter was courteous, efficient, and deserves a 5-star rating.
However, my experience at the self-checkout area was disappointing. I was having some trouble at the station when an employee named Omar approached me and said, “Do you remember what I told you earlier? Member card first, then items,” in a tone that felt condescending. Even though I followed the instructions, his attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, as if he was scolding me rather than assisting.
Customers are not trained experts in self-checkout, and we rely on staff for support—not criticism. His behavior ruined an otherwise smooth shopping trip. I would give Omar 1 star for his interaction.
Costco generally provides great service, but this experience left a bad impression.

I had never been to the Arundel Mills location. The store is huge! There is a lot of free parking and the parking lot was pretty busy but the store did not seem busy inside. There were lots of open registers, both self-service and manned. If it were close to me I would go to that one all the time!

Whole sale club with you have to buy mebership. Fees are too high. Good store for wholesale buyers.

I love costco but the manager is absolute awful. I went with my mom and we were doing great until checkout. The cashier assumed I was paying even though my mom was (she has a membership I don’t I was just with her) and didn’t want to let her pay. Once we proved it was my mom card she gave us an attitude claiming that if we didn’t have an attitude that nothing would have happened. This isn’t even the first time. When I had went prior with my father she again she assumed I was paying even though my dad was. (I was just on my phone not even paying attention and she came up to me) She accused my father of lying about his name on his card (idk where she got that from). Once we proofed he was the name on the card she left without apologizing both times. I don’t know what her problem is but she needs to learn some customer service skills. I won’t be coming back until she is fired.
