Ordered a part for my CPAP machine and was sent the wrong part. Told me there was nothing they could do because the package was opened, so I'm out the money the money I spent and still don't have the right part.

UPDATE …just received a call from Katie stating that they will evaluate the product. I stated I’d still like to speak with the supervisor she laughs… I state that there is a review posted. Her response “HONESTLY… I’M NOT GOING TO LOOSE SLEEP OVER IT” and hangs up.
Purchased dream wear full face mask the product is faulty with air seeping out in several places with mask. I even ordered two additional sizes to make sure the fit is not the issue. I called and spoke Katie which was very unhelpful and terrible with customer concerns and how to find a way to resolve the issue. Her only response was the product is opened we will not accept a return and nothing can be done.
I asked to speak with a supervisor she quickly said he is not available today I'll transfer you to his voicemail. Have a great day bye. By this type of response I am assuming this is a small personal business with not type of proper communication training. I am hoping the supervisor or owner that I left a voicemail for will be professional to return my call.

Remarkable Employee Exceeded my ExpectationsI honestly didn't know what to expect for my first mask fitting appointment, but I am delighted to write a positive review for CPAP Central, primarily due to my two recent appointments with the very genuine, pleasant and incredibly competent respiratory therapist Sabrina who went far above and far beyond my expectations. I wouldn't have dared hope for such a great experience due to the outstanding guidance that she provided, which has left an indelibly positive impression on both me and my wife.Sabrina created a really positive and comfortable atmosphere, making me feel like I wasn't just another faceless number to the company. But what truly set her apart was her pleasant demeanor and genuine concern for my mask fitting. It is evident that she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about her work and her patients.She has undoubtedly left an indelible mark on my perception of the company, and as a result of her efforts, she has solidified my continued business and loyalty to CPAP Central. So for this reason alone, I can wholeheartedly recommend CPAP Central to anyone seeking exemplary service.I look forward to future interactions that maintain the same level of excellence.

Literally the rudest person I’ve ever spoken with. The lady who answered yelled at me on the phone.I called and mentioned I was 5 minutes away. It’s Friday. I can’t sleep without a CPAP mask and my CPAP mask just broke.She said they close at 4:30pm but they lock the doors at 4pm. I called at 3:56pm.So even though they close at 4:30, she couldn’t sell me a mask at 4:01 pm.

This company don't have a return policy on open products so be careful what you order. Shop Amazon it cheaper and better return policy
