Custom World creates amazing and really cool custom designs for shirts, sweatshirts, and other stuff. Customers are impressed by designs they never thought would be possible. However, experiences with service can vary. One customer found the staff amazing and very helpful, while another reported a dismissive attitude and poor service after a mistake. There is a warning to not bring in your own items, as work on provided clothing can result in crooked or misplaced designs and clashing colors.
