I don't have an issue with the store even though its not fully stocked....ever. It is a clean store but the people working there could be just a little friendly. The Pharmacy is bad. The women working there are not friendly and seem like they don't want to help anyone. I went there for flu and covid shot and the young lady that helped me didn't want to bother with me. The worst thing is that she doesn't know how to give a shot. I never had a shot hurt in my life but she really could care less. That's my last time going to this CVS for any service at all. Good luck people.

Wish i had seen these other reviews and the 1.9 star rating for this CVS ( Arundel Mills Blvd.)....i definitely would have kept driving. Stopped in to grab some OTC allergy medicine only to get home, take one and then noticed that the allergy medicine was EXPIRED đ The tablets expired 08/2024. I kept looking at my calender to confirm today's date (12/13/2025)....EXPIRED well over a yearđ Absolutely pissed! I should have let the warning signs turn me around when i entered the store.The line for the pharmacy was well beyond the allegy medicine isle. About 20 people in the pharmacy line on a Saturdayđ€When i went to pay for the EXPIRED allergy meds (had no idea at the time) there was no cashier. I waited at least 5 minutes before having to deal with the annoying self-checkout. Once my terminal lit up with lights and sirens đ here comes the lost cashier! Needless to say....go elsewhere. Its obvious they are understaffed or poorly managed. If you decide to venture inside....check the expiration date on EVERYTHING you purchase and be prepared to wait in line.đ©

Do not call the phone number. Got the stupid robot and spent 30 minutes trying to get a person, only to be transferred to the voicemail. TWICE. and I'm not calling during their lunch break hours. I just want to find out when I can pick up my prescription without having to waste gas going to the CVS to ask, and have to drive back home and wait however many hours just to make the same trip again when it's ready. Still no call back either, from either of the voicemails I've left. So stupid. If I could, I'd give 0 stars.

I had an outstanding experience thanks to Ezyah at CVS. From the moment I walked in, Ezyah was professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. Ezyah hookah lounge went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, answering questions with patience and offering excellent customer service. Ezyahâs positive attitude and dedication truly stood out and made my visit easy and enjoyable. CVS is lucky to have such an exceptional employee.

The store feels like it doesnât have a lot of things, and wonât take a ups package because they âdonât have spaceâ to hold the package. Nonsense.

Dr. Morrow at the pharmacy and her team are great. The store often has decent deals, even though most products at CVSs are pricier than you'd find elsewhere. The employees have greeted me and offered to help me.

Came here to leave a bad review and see Iâm not the only one with a terrible experience. All CVS stores are not created equal. This is my second time in this location this week (after thinking that my first bad experience was possibly a fluke and trying to give the manager some grace). Besides being extremely unhelpful, they either donât have what you are looking for in inventory or their machines are broken (I guess this is the McDâs of pharmacies). DO NOT waste your time, energy, or gas coming to this location. I will be calling to file a formal complaint.

I came at 3 different times during the day and no one ever came to the window except to tell me thereâs a line and they wonât help me for a while. I had a crying newborn in the back. Hate this pharmacy

They have so many issue CVS pharmacy in Arundel. Please make sure when you pick up the medicine they have a corrected amount. They told you three months but they can give you two months if they have 30 tablet they give you 24 tablet.

Left a message about a prescription, the pharmacy returned my call within 30 minutes (when the instructions state it can take an hour to return messages). They were kind, courteous and helpful. A very pleasant experience.
