If I could give ZERO stars I would. This goes for the pharmacy. It is extremely slow. The pharamsist is very rude. I called 3 times in a row and was hung up on each time. I had to switch locations because my meds were never ready when promised or by the refill date. The black female with the locks is RUDE!! She talks down to customers. I have had rude " counseling " sessions with her. She feels the need every time to tell me she cannot fill a script for me without first speaking with my doctor. It's just a bad experience. If you are able, switch to store #1550 on Annapolis and Disney rd! Do it. I had a conversation with a customer who had been waiting DAYS!! Another said her daughter was unable to get pain meds after a surgery!! This should not be happening. She needs to stop playing god and fill the scripts. Do your job!

Genuinely some of the most unhelpful people ever. I have tried on 3 separate occasions to drop off my disposable cameras and every time there’s an excuse as to why they can’t take them. There’s so effort to problem solve. Just, “I don’t know where the bags are so come back.”

I am very displeased with the lack of care and way too casual attitude at this store. I shopped at this store recently and left my debit card by mistake. When I went back to retrieve it, the front counter associate remembered me and said she stored my card in a safe place. When they went to retrieve the card it wasn’t there. I was informed that my card was thrown away. I am extremely upset that they would throw a debit card away. I left my contact information for the store to call me just in case the information I received was a mistake and no one has called. I will continue to escalate this issue to find out why my card was thrown away. They seemed too casual about this issue.

If zero stars were an option I would have selected it. The pharmacy is the worst. I have lived in this area for a year now and every time. I have to pick up a prescription there is a line half way through the store. The people working in the back move ar a snails pace and lack any customer service skills. When people are coming in for meds they are typically sick so waiting 30-40 minutes in line only to find out the meds are either not ready or they are out AFTER you already relieved a message they are ready. Sad CVS has gone down hill time to switch pharmacies.

1 star is generous for this CVS pharmacy department. Stay away, nothing but problems. The manager is clearly under water and over her head.

I have had several bad experiences at this CVS pharmacy location. For example, one of my medications was not ready for over a week. They said it would be ready Wednesday and then when I went it still wasn't in. Most recently, I scheduled a flu shot and covid booster appointment and when I got there they said there was no one to give vaccines so we would have to reschedule. No phone call or notification to let us know this was occurring and that it was a waste of time to show up. Plus, the woman who told us this has definitely given vaccines at this location before. Went to Giant after and walked in and got the vaccines in 15 minutes. Won't be using this pharmacy anymore if I can help it.

The Pharmacy is absolutely terrible. I was unable to pick up my prescriptions during Pharmacy hours because the Pharmacist was not on site. I want to add that the Pharmacist not showing up is not the fault of anyone in the store. However, the store manager and pharmacy technician completely refused to assist. I asked for a number for corporate so I could report that the Pharmacist was not on site and have some assistance on retrieving my prescriptions (i.e. sent to another location) and they both refused to provide one. Telling me that's "something I have to look up on my own". Absolutely ridiculous. Is this CVS or Walmart? These days you can't tell. Save yourself a headache and don't have your prescriptions sent there.

I got appointment 6pm for civid19 vaccine and flu shot. I got there 15 minutes early. They were busy. Pamacist took care of me on time. But she said we don't have vaccine.I told her that if you don't have vaccine, you had to send me a message. She said I don't know. They don't care customers time. Even she didn't say sorry.

We waited for over an hour for our scheduled appointment, were never helped, and then were told we weren't in the system despite having checked in online. On top of that, the staff was rude and not helping anyone else either. Horrible experience.

Just like all the other CVS chains, this one is absolutely horrible in terms of customer service and workflow. The pharmacist (Angela and the tech that refused to provide her name) and staff are over worked and understaffed. But it doesnt excuse just being hateful and nasty. They are nasty and hateful when you call and have the personality of a gangster when in the store. As a professional I am repulsed by this!! They are the completely opposite of patient centric care and should be placed out of business.Corporate clearly does not care.Yet the CEO and Higher ups sit back and collect fat checks and bonuses from insurance companies and hardworking consumers. YOU DESERVE TO BE TREATED RESPECTFULLY AND BETTER, ESPECIALLY WHEN SPENDING YOUR HARD MONEY.According to proxy statements filed for the 2022 fiscal year, THE CEO of CVS, $1,487,500 was received as a salary, $2,975,000 was received as a bonus, $4,124,984 was received in stock options, $12,374,946 was awarded as stock and $354,625 came from other types of compensation. I don't think he/she cares about yo. Clearly by the lack of oversight of the local stores.

No sure what the point of having drive thru service is if the drive thru is “closed” and they are unaware when it will be back up. Super inconvenient and they offered no alternative/solution except “yea, sorry, you’re just gonna have to go inside.” Well, with two infants, that’s NOT an option!

As a fellow pharmacist venturing into this pharmacy for the first time, I am repulsed by the lack of customer service and empathy that pharmacist Angela displayed. I was picking up a prescription from urgent care that was called in the day prior. I am more than aware of condition of retail pharmacy at present, so I decided to come the next morning to pick up said prescription. For greater measure, I called before coming to the pharmacy and was told my prescription was not ready, but it would be at 10:00 am. I arrive at 10:45 and the script is still not ready. Angela tells the technician that “if they just pop up they can have a seat and wait 15 minutes,” rather than doing her due diligence and learning the script was actually late. An apology would have been sufficient. What’s interesting about the entire exchange is that Angela had no issue discussing how long she had been a pharmacist with the gentleman behind me. Unfortunately, this is not surprising for reasons I will not state here. Completely unacceptable behavior! It seems Angela has forgotten the oath we both took. I will NEVER return to this location!

The pharmacy is incompetent. The Phamarcist doesn't care if you have your drugs or not. Always a problem and they let you come in and prescription is not there and/ or on back order. They closed the drive thru. And they always have long slow lines.Cvs pharmacy s are awful to deal with!

I drive by this location frequently, but never stopped in until today. The parking lot was clean and when I entered the store, I was greeted by the manager and another staff person, who were busy working on or stocking the display. The store was clean and easy to navigate, which is consistent with the CVS brand. The directionals at the top of each isle made it easy to go directly to what I needed. In my opinion, CVS prices are higher than some of their competitors; however, with the exception of the Walmart and Safeway down the street in the opposite direction, there are no other stores of this type in the immediate vicinity. Unless, there is a store located inside of the mall. After locating my two items, I went to the checkout area, which was not manned by a staff member, but complete with two self-checkout stations. The other checkout areas were closed. Once I was ready to pay, the manager asked if I found everything okay, as I motioned to the self-checkout counter. The checkout process was pretty efficient.

Be prepared to wait. I watched the pharmacy rep stand at the front and talk to his coworker while there was a line at the pharmacy counter, which was supposed to open at 10. It did not open at 10. Was pitch black in there, and unprepared. This is the first time I’ve been here but I heard the other people in line say that it’s always like this.
