This is the worst location with no manners. The front desk lady took about 30 minutes to answer the ring. She came out with no single apology or greetings.She said she does not give out her name. She is very rude with a non challant attitude and covering her head with no respect or single customer service. DHL express 1328 charwood road suite Hanover Md 21076. DHL you need to do better and send all your staff for customer service training.

Charged me a homeless man an additional 30$ for a package to get delivered after I already paid for cost of product and shipping. Was not Stated when I made the purchase Id pay for more and cost me time, money and a huge inconvenience in package arrival time Lady operator was nice lady. Just their business model needs work!!

Very wicked drive that had to deliver my parcel today he didn’t ever call me to let me know his coming or call me when he is at my door he just left a note that there’s no body at home of which I have been waiting for this parcel

Just dropped off a package to be returned. DHL made it super easy and it was a piece of cake. The lady that helped us was polite, courteous, and sweet. No complaints! Thank you for making the task easy :)

This is the SECOND time I’ve had a package come through DHL and they just didn’t deliver it. And then has the nerve to not be open on Saturday like it’s other locations. My last incident with DHL was 2 years ago were in 2025 and clearly nothing has changed. They clearly don’t prioritize packages getting delivered on time. SMH just ridiculous. 4 stops away and the driver goes back to the warehouse at 8:45 and then marks my package as failed attempt….you didn’t attempt anything

We scheduled a pick up with DHL, and the driver lied, claiming we were closed when they attempted the pick up, even though I was waiting at the pick up location. I called customer service and requested the driver come back out and they made the same claim 30 minutes later. I waited 3 hours for someone to show Andy package was never picked up.

I’m tired of these delivery drivers “attempting delivery” but never do. There’s an airtag inside the box I’ve been tracking due to the urgency of the package. I’ve been home all day. No bell rings, no nothing.
And why is this the only location within a 20 mile radius that closes Saturdays? I can’t even schedule to pick up outside of weekday work days. I SPECIFICALLY stayed home today for this package. Absolutely frustrating.
