Can’t try on anything white and can’t get a refund if it doesn’t fit at home. What sense does that make. Can’t try it on in store but can’t bring it back if you can’t fit at home? lol. They won’t get my money.

Cute clothes but you can literally get these pieces online at other boutiques it’s just this store is convenient to come to. They have a rule that certain pieces are final sale but those same items aren’t eligible to try on in the fitting room so you want me to blindly buy a piece I couldn’t try on then I can’t return if needed.

Love most of the pieces, but this store is very anti-customer in its policies. Today, I was unexpectedly met with a “We are watching you” sign in the dressing room. Definitely made me feel uneasy, especially considering I spend over $100 every time I come to Edge! Please update dressing room policies to be equitable and compassionate to paying customers.

Good store very stylish clothes but ghetto foreign rules . Can’t Return just store credit I couldn’t place something on hold for 30 min although I shop here all the time . Me and my daughter came in looking for dresses the girl told us fitting room closed mind you the store does not close until a hour then say no returns. Had to beg the girl to let us in because she had a party the next day so sad they don’t really care about their customers but yet the items are cheap and over priced. When you come in they never greet you or say hi only advantage they have cute clothes

I purchased a vest on 10/17/21and due to the pandemic the dressing room is close which is understandable. So I go hone which is 45 min away try on the vest and it doesn't fit like I want it to sooooooo my day of was Tuesday 10/19/21 I get up early to take the vest back everything went smooth until I was accused of wearing the item...it had something on it BUT when she rub it it came off . Sooooo my dilemma is I found something in place of the vest and again the dressing room was closed so I can't try them on so my problem is the cashier wrote final return IN RED on my receipt is that the policy cause what if the pants don't fit. I truly feel she did that because she feels I wore rhe vest....I told her I didn't I was looking for bday outfit which is 10/21/21 ....I feel mistreated in a way cause if the pants don't fit then I wasted $49 . And I'm calling and calling and no one is answering
