About Element by Marriott Arundel Mills BWI Airport
Element Arundel Mills BWI Airport offers very comfortable, suite-like rooms with good space. Rooms are huge and include a small kitchen with a full fridge, microwave, stovetop, toaster, dishes, and coffee. The bed is comfortable and the shower pressure is great. Common amenities include a good gym, a nice little pool shared with the adjacent Aloft hotel, and complimentary breakfast with excellent food options like a yogurt bar, though some drink selections may be lacking. The hotel's location is flawless and excellent, being very close to the airport and literally across the street from the Arundel Mills mall, which has many stores, a movie theatre, and the Live Casino. There is plenty of parking. A complimentary airport shuttle is provided, which runs right on time and also takes guests to nearby locations like the casino. Staff are generally friendly, helpful, and professional, often going the extra mile, though there was one noted instance of a rude front desk person during a phone call. Some downsides include an older building with signs of lacking maintenance, such as bathroom caulk not in good shape and no shower shelves. Overall, it provides a good experience and huge value, though some guests felt it was just an okay place to stay.
First room had water damage and black mold under the window. Second room had water damage in the bathroom ceiling and black mold. Hotel and room felt very worn and dirty. Whole hotel needs an upgrade

Great. Service hotel is clean rooms are big and well packed will all need for a business or vacation time. Only problem is that housekeeping woke me up around 9 to see if we were checking out. Which I don't think is right, they should wait until after check out time to check..... Everything else is great all around.. nice... read full comment

Friendly staff, especially Dolce, a young lady who goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is comfortable and welcoming. Clean rooms, no issues.
