They have the worst customer service. They only getting one star because I have to put one. The communication there sucks and they are not very help. They don’t explain the process to you or even care to help you retrieve your items that was left in the car! Nobody responds to emails and when you talk to people they just push you off on others. The probably pushing you off so they can steal your stuff. You are at the airport it easy to forget something and they just don’t care. Communication is the key to customer service.

Everyone I dealt with at Enterprise was great…. Riley was new and she was so nice and helped me with a big smile. I did have an issue with the first vehicle I was given and I brought it back. The young man who swapped it out for me was great…. Wish I would have caught his name….. He needs a raise!

We were traveling with a group of 32 members from the Antlers (Elks youth program) and one of the 15 passenger van we rented broke down. Enterprise did a wonderful job of getting us a replacement van and back on the road so we did not miss any events or tours during our five day trip. Cannot say enough to thank Shannon, Devon, Carlos, and Angel for finding us a replacement van (they did not have one in stock and had to hunt it down). Highly recommend Enterprise to everyone and especially the Elks members. They took fantastic care of us.

I recently had the pleasure of renting a car, and I must commend the outstanding service provided by the car rental associate (Angela). Her professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor made the entire process seamless. I greatly appreciate her assistance and would highly recommend this rental service to others.

Got upgraded by a lovely man at the counter named Jason, went from a Nissan to a Toyota Camry and it was PERFECT for what I needed it to do! Took it to and from my destination, around the town, and then back to the airport with NO issues except on my end due to my error (phone issues). Drove wonderfully on wet roads, over the hills and bends, and was quiet. I’d recommend and do the service again because of how easy it was, plus, I was SO glad they took debit, and with no issues!! Perfect car to take, and great employee’s to boot.

I rent from the Airport often. While more expensive than local branches, it affords me the flexibility with later pick up and return times. It also has, a greater selection of vehicles to fit my needs. The customer service received from Tyler at pickup and Jerome during return was exceptional! Thank you for making my rental experience seamless!

Excellent service at the Baltimore Airport Enterprise branch! There were plenty of staff on hand so that the line moved quickly. Alvon was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient—and he had a great sense of humor, which was very welcome after a long flight! We inquired about bumping up to an SUV, and he was able to help us with that without breaking our travel budget. The gentleman who took us to our vehicle was also friendly and helpful (wish I’d remembered his name, sorry!). The car return process was easy and fast. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We’ll be back!

I don't usually rent from Enterprise but do a shortage of cars and the astronomical price for just a few days rental at my usual go to, I opted for Enterprise. I was not disappointed. I checked in via my phone before I got the airport location, so there was no waiting in line. I was in a car and on my way in just a few minutes. The man who helped me get to a car was extremely friend and when he heard I was in town to see my father who was dying, he very sympathetic and offered very kind words. I think I might just have a new go to car rental choice!

Upon arrival, Kai, who assisted me was awesome. I did not have to wait no more than five minutes to be taken to my rental vehicle. There were several options I could choose from. The process in its entirety, took less than 10 minutes, everyone I encountered was highly professional. I highly recommend utilizing this enterprise one of the best rental car experiences I’ve had in a long time.

UPDATE: After I had no response for several days, I called the damage recovery unit number. After explaining the situation, the CSA filed the dispute while I was on the phone. I received an email about 24 hours later stating that the claim was closed. Not one single apology, no acceptance of responsibility. The letter said they decided to "take care of the damages and costs of this claim". While I am happy to close the case, I want to make sure Enterprise customers understand the risk they are assuming when renting from Enterprise. Best advice is to not leave the lot with any vehicle that has any level of damage. Make sure they bring you a different vehicle. They may come after you, as they did in my case, whether or not you caused any damage to the vehicle.ORIGINAL POST:Stay away. I rent 20-30 times per year from various companies. I rented from Enterprise last week for business. The vehicle had multiple areas of damage before I picked up the truck. I took pictures, informed the checkout attendant before leaving the lot. Upon return the gentleman checking me in asked about the damage. I showed him the time stamped photos of the damage with time and date prior to my exit. He said OK, printed my receipt and said we were good. Two days later I get an email for a damage claim that occurred on my rental. I have once again sent pictures to Enterprise. They are crooks. They continue to try to claim damage against my rental when they have clear indisputable pictures of the damage taken prior to my rental. Shame on them. Unfortunately, they own quite a few brands. I will make sure to find companies not run by Enterprise. I have rented hundreds of cars during my business travels. This is the first time I have ever had a company try to blame me for damage. And many cars have damage, which is why I always take pictures. This should be an easy fix. Enterprise has decided to make it difficult.

Our hostess during our early morning delayed arrival was nothing short of outstanding! She was patient, sincere, courteous and problem solving all wrapped up in one. This young lady truly sets a standard for all to follow. This is why we keep going back to Enterprise for our car rental needs.?

The whole rental process was quick and easy, from pick to drop off. Dropping off the vehicle was so easy, we followed the clearly marked signs, drove into the building, we were greeted by an Enterprise representative who checked the mileage, the gas, and the condition of the vehicle while I to our suit cases out. Then head said "your good to go.", and asked if we wanted to take the shuttle to the airport. We said yes and he directed us to the shuttle which was right outside the door. It was perfect.

Enterprise car rental is by far the most friendly and accessible car rental place. I especially love using the Baltimore Airport location, as the team gives the best greetings from the counter to the exit. Daria was just wonderful as she assisted me with my rental, I love when companies get it right and put the happy people up front. It really makes a difference in how the day will go. Great job Enterprise, and the car was new, with all the bell's and whistles.

Check in was great. No problems. But when I was leaving rental facility I was stopped and told there was a recall on my car a they couldn't let me take it. So I had to back out of the line and wait for another car. The new car they brought me was a nice car but reeked of marijuana. I had the car for 6 days and the smell never went away.
