I went on the 5th of July to get balloons for my son's birthday weekend. I bought balloons there and brought 1 balloon to be filled. Well ended up being a dud unfortunately. Brandon is who helped me and was patient and tried his best to fix the issue. I very much appreciated and wanted the management to recognize his patience and helpfulness and customer service.
This was all despite other customers interrupting him as he was already hands tied with another customer.
I also wanted to mention the lady who was on the register next to him (the cashier) had just as much patience and was getting those customers in and out while handling the ones trying to overstep other customers being helped first. I hope management recognizes her as well. It got busy fast and they both did an excellent job.

These fans are awesome I bought a few last year went back to get a few for my family members but at that point they sold out so I went to several other locations and all sold out so this year 2025. I seen that the same fans as last year so this Time I bought 12 lol not only are they fans they are also are chargers so yes I do recommend I will be buying more next year !…..

If I could rate 0 I would, puffy hair black lady was a disgrace and very rude! She rated herself instead of letting other customers rate! Will not be coming back she was on the 4pm shift at 05/10/25

Why pay more this is a great bargain store. go here to buy or replenish body or cosmetic needs at bargain prices. Do not forget back to school items or fun outdoor activities such as hula hoops, corn toss, to name a few at low prices. Recommend to stop by to see what this store has to offer.

Went there for starburst and neck fans. Took a couple tries to find someone who knew where the neck fans were located. They have about 10 different kinds of Starbursts! Lots of fun and weird candy if you're into it.

On 6/13/2024 I bought a phone charger, I went in front of the store to open the package and threw away the package. Then I realized I bought the wrong charger didn’t go with my phone. I still had the receipt in my hand and the two ladies were kind enough to exchange it for me and they went out of their way to find one for my phone. This was the best customer service I have ever received. Both were super friendly and went out of their way to assist me, they did remind me of the store policy since I threw away the labeling they technically didn’t have to exchange or refund me but she asked the manager and they allowed it. I appreciate the assistance from the manager and two sweet ladies in the front for all of their help.

Bought a Phone case and screen protector from here, left the store and it did not fit my phone, I came back to the store to exchange the products. When I originally bought them, the receipt did not print so I didn’t get one, and that was my fault for not asking them to reprint it. However after coming back to exchange the items, they did not have a phone case that was able to fit my phone. I asked if there was a way i could get my money back and the kind young man with glasses was eager to help me. When trying to process the refund, the machine kept declining my card. We did not know why and he called his manager over to assist. They were discussing potential solutions on how i would get my money back, and he suggested giving me cash. Now i work in retail/entertainment and I completely understand the frustration behind a receipt-less return. However, his manger Pam, began to complain about how much paperwork she would have to fill out and blamed the young man for trying to help me. He snickered in sympathy for her and she then said “oh you’re laughing? You think this is funny? I’m going to have to fill out so much paperwork because of this and that’s so much work.” She was being very disrespectful to her co worker in front of me for trying to HELP ME. That’s his job. That’s what he’s supposed to do. He gets paid to help customers and now he’s getting yelled at for it? That’s completely unacceptable. I apologized to her for the trouble that I caused her and thanked him for all his help.

Store looked as of it had been ransacked at gun point. There were people dropping glass items and shattering the items and nothing said to them and/or have glass cleaned up.
