The cashiers did not know how to help a costumer use her reward points. Instead, they instructed another costumer to “help”. The “helping” costumer was rude, arrogant and condescending. The cashiers simply had a laugh about the whole interaction between the two costumers. That happened on 12/7 at around 3:45pm. I was in line watching it happed. One of the cashier even went as far as to blame one of the costumers for the other costumer’s rudeness towards her. The cashier said to the costumer: “I asked her to help you and you didn’t want her help”. This whole interaction made me feel very uncomfortable and unwanted as a costumer at the store. Those two cashier do not like their job.

I bought clothes from this store, and supposedly they said the clothes we bought or on sale, but when you check the prices online from the same store the prices are lower. They put elevated prices in store to tell you they are giving them to you on a discounted price and then they put that it is on "final sale" so you can't return the clothes. Check prices online first before going in store, so they can't rob your money.

Put in an online order and got an email later the same day that it was ready for pickup. Went the following morning and after waiting 20 minutes, they couldn't find the order. Ended up telling me that they just don't have the item and I shouldn't have gotten an email saying it was ready for pickup, and I should go ahead and cancel the order. Waste of a drive and an hour of my Saturday morning. I'll buy clothes somewhere else.
