Went there at 8:50pm they were closed, hours say they close at 9:30pm called and the guy confirmed they were closed. Might wanna update the hours.

First-time visit to this location, and I was underwhelmed. The store was cramped with a limited selection. Although the employees were attentive and offered help, they had an overabundance of basic local team options and usual suspects like Yankees and Dodgers. The online selection is far superior, making it questionable whether it's worth visiting the store at all.

I came to this Lids to get some customization done with a good couple of hats needing to be customized. It was about an hour before closing and was hoping to get all of the hats customized if I could that day. The Regional Manager Courtney Eldridge went above and beyond and made sure I got taken care of. Awesome! Thank you!

Very bad service!! They confuse the letters, it was repeated twice and yet they treat us badly, I wanted to record when they look at the phone and it's a weapon!! If you pay, they get confused and don't make change. What a terrible service

Employee was rude and wouldn’t even move out of the way for me to browse a already cramped store after I said excuse me to get pass them. Accidentally brushed up against them and they looked like they were ready to throw hands. Get some different employees who actually respect customers. I left immediately and won’t be spending money at this location.

A fitted hat was purchased for me at this location for a present but my wife had no idea the hat came in different sizes and I just needed a 1/2 size smaller and the manager at the store got belligerent with me when I tried to do an even exchange with a credit card transaction receipt vs the paper print out receipt. He claimed that I needed a barcode?? It was a present. You take the barcode off when giving a present. I have never been treated so rudely in my entire life. I have worked retail and I would never deny a customer making an obvious even exchange. This will be the absolute last time I do business at this terribly managed store that doesn’t care about customers whatsoever. Zero stars. Never again. It was an overpriced hat at that. $45+

For the smaller hat store Lids... Not the Lids with Jerseys and all that. That place kinda sucked...The manager of the smaller lids was awesome! The young fella working there was awesome as well!! If I didn't live in Philly, that would be my Lids store. Cause pretty much every Lids between me and the store in that mall in MD suck. Keep up the good work young fellas!

I went in specifically to purchase a nice fitted sports hat. I found that although nice from a distance it looked like the hats I could find had loose stitching even at a premium cost. I regularly buy hats at half the price which are much higher quality.

Have been looking for someplace to embroider a hat I bought elsewhere. Everywhere else wanted weeks or months or couldn't do it. I walk in the store, Jeffrey says no problem, takes my order, and I walk out an hour later with exactly what I wanted. THAT is customer service.

Went to this lids because where I live in northern Virginia there are very minimal baltimore orioles caps. Ended up picking up the 2022 baltimore orioles all star cap. There are alot of baltimore orioles caps here obviously because they are close to baltimore. Will be back when I come back to the area! Thanks for all your help
