They cancel your appointments for no reason, then still try to charge you when something happens on your end. Don't even bother getting a membership as it's difficult to cancel. I've been a member for years, but won't be anymore.

Massage Envy's membership is ridiculously difficult to cancel. The account management person never returns calls or answers her phone. I finally got an employee to cancel the membership though they said it would take 10-15 days just to get an email to let you confirm you wish to cancel (likely hoping you'd forget about it and/or let them charge you for another month). The fact that it takes 10-15 days just to receive the email is mind blowing on its own.Do your research before you sign up for a membership - they are getting sued in Illinois for this exact reason.

Fourteen minutes before my appointment was to begin, I get a phone call telling me that my massage therapist was running at least 30 minutes late. Of course I was already on the way. When I walk in there is no apology. No enhancement for my inconvenience. Nothing. I’ve been a member of ME for about 10 years and never before have I experienced something so unprofessional. This is a terrible location to visit. Don’t waste your time.

Please do not go to this location, this location does not answer the phone and voicemails. I tried canceling my appointment weeks in advance.

Hi all. If i could i would rate this location at a zero but due to google you have to select at lease one star. Please note these review might have been in the beginning of this location opening but as on the year 2023 this location is very unprofessional, unorganized and definitely do not care about customer service. If you have issues with your packages and payments, no one even the highest level of management will call you back. The account manager is a liar. She has told her boss that she sent emails when she did not and to top that off the manager will not return your call to confirm receipt of an email. When you call the line it indicates to select 4 for the billing issues but that line just rings and takes you to a voicemail that clearly never gets checked.

Staff was super friendly, including my masseuse. But unfortunately, I've had better experiences at different massage places.When i went a few weeks ago, the individual who gave me my massage came in approximately 5-10 minutes after setting me up in the room. They explained to me they had to eat a sandwich first. Sure, no problem! I understand having long work hours, I work hard and get you need a break. But then the massage ended an additional 10 minutes early as well. So my massage only lasted roughly 40 minutes, and it cost me roughly $150. I tipped this person well, but will not be returning.

Be careful using this facility. The office manager cancels appointments without providing notice. Leaving one to show up disappointed. My time was canceled so someone else could go. How's that professional? They upcharge you if you started an account at a different location.

Went to my appt at 3pm yesterday at the Arundel Mills location and when I checked out, the First Lady charged me incorrectly and ran my card without crediting me the membership hours that should’ve covered the service (I had 7 hours to use). She tried to say it credited it even though the receipt clearly showed it didn’t so another lady had to come over and help. It supposedly got fixed but then I get a text message for check in procedures at 8pm that night for a 9pm appointment which I clearly did not make as the location even closed at 9pm. I called to inquire about it and the lady was like “no you don’t” without even asking for my information. Now upon checking my account online, I’m showing under previous appt a 3pm and a 9pm appt for the same masseuse for the same day. Ugh! I don’t know what shenanigans they’re running as I’m pretty sure they took out 2 hours from my account now and now I’m pissed because I’ll have to go to the place tomorrow to try to get this resolved. I don’t even think I can trust them to fix this correctly and if I didn’t have any hours left in my account, I would’ve canceled my membership already. What a joke of a business!

The massages are good here but they keep ending the massages early. The 50 minute massage ends up being more like 40-45 minutes.

My therapist Melissa is truly gifted in what she does. If you need a deep tissue massage, she’s your go-to. You won’t be disappointed. The crew at the Arundel Mills Massage Envy are superb. They are competent and friendly administrators.

Too much turnover and poor management. I received so many texts to change my appointment because the person I was scheduled to give me a massage was leaving. Then I'm blamed whenever there's an issue. Communication is very poor too. I have called and received no answer and walked in to find the front desk crew just chatting away. Not sure if they have updated the hours posted on the window but last time I checked it still said they were open on Sunday, they aren't.

Young lady (Morgan) in the reception area was very rude. She made several mistakes, but failed to apologize. I commented on one mistake; she still failed to apologize and looked at me as if she was ANNOYED that I mentioned her inability to comprehend her JOB!!!

I Highly recommend this place for your massage needs, I was able to get same day appointment with Mikela for prenatal massage. Treated with so much care and left there so relaxed.My only advice would be to be there a little early before your appointment time so you can finish the applications they want you to compete, because that time will be deducted from your massage time.

I would definitely recommend this location. After a different Massage Envy booked the wrong service for me I called this location and luckily they had an availability for the same week. Mikaela was my massage therapist and she was great! This was my first massage postnatally and it was wonderful.
