I brought my own five balloons, but they tried to charge me an outrageous $25 to inflate them with helium. They asked me to return in two hours to pick them up. It's incredibly frustrating—I miss the reliable service I used to get at Party City! Never again!

I really like this Michael's. It's the most convenient location for me. I get greeted with a smile when I walk in and help me find items if I can't find them. She even made sure I didn't have to do self checkout and listened to my story about making a scrapbook for a friend. Happy shopping!

Worst customer service! I called to check on an item that I needed. They confirmed they had it, drove 20 minutes only for them to say we don’t have what you need. No apologies or regret. Ridiculous!

I was in need of some guidance with a Mothers Day project and Ms.Aly (Allie) was beyond helpful and patient. She went above & beyond walking me through the process of my project and also added extra ideas to give the project a little more love. Can’t wait to come back to show her how the project came out along with taking one of her classes!!

Nice and clean and organized. I was able to find an employee for help very quickly too.
Their yarn was well organized and had a good selection of matching color/dye lots so it wasn’t hard to find what I needed for a project ♥️
