Young lady working at the register was super rude and was a smart a**. I asked for help on the self checkout counter and she gave me a rude smart a** response. She was very disrespectful. I Wouldn’t shop at this location again.

Came to store to pick up custom frame order. Arrived at the desk and didn't see anyone. Pressed red button to request. Not sure if it worked, so I waited a few minutes. Employee asked if I needed assistance and said yes and mentioned I pressed button. She went to the back to find someone. Waited a few more minutes before a pressed button again, then decided to look for someone. Found a few employees at front of the store, including the one who went to the back to find someone. She said "No one came?". Of course not...otherwise I wouldn't be looking for assistance! They turned to the what I believe was the manager and finally got someone to help. Apparently the button wasn't working..lol. What should've been a 5 min errand took 20 mins.

Michaels is great! Their website is lousy! I went there to pick up a specific type and color of yarn, according to the website, it was in stock. But it was not. So wasted gas and time.

They don't have a huge fabric selection but we found what we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. Good location and plenty parking.

We probably visit Michael's about once a month. I posted a pic of the Parachord section. I really wanted to give my neighborhood Michael's 5 stars but couldn't based on the selection of colors (or lack thereof), whether it's cords, yarn, washi tape, or pens, I wish they had more of a selection.

It's a huge craft store with not very many people working. We found what we needed just fine. I guess we're getting to that point of not needing anything but, the self checkout.

Stopped here for 1 thing. Some moss to put around the base of many planters in the house. I found the mosses with the help of an employee but as I was perusing, there were no prices on any of the items. Some surrounding, unrelated items had all of their prices. Then, one of the bags of moss was completely busted open on one side... Would have thought I'd get some 'damaged' goods discount at the checkout... Wrong. Full price for the stuff. Probably last time I'll go here. Am I petty? If everything was in order, I think not.

Find another store if you're looking to have anything framed. They did not give any dimensions for the mattes, or the framing. One of mine was put in upside down in the framing and the other had to be sent back to get fixed. The matte when it came back is visibly crooked and they did not bother making sure that any particles were out before framing. Framing is expensive and I will be going someplace else in the future.
