I had an emergency repair that needed to be done and I called asking for available appointments and at first they were busy but after I told them what was happening they immediately told me to come in and we're very helpful and friendly and I was in and out within just a couple hours!

Can not explain how grateful we were to run into such an amazing auto shop. On our way to N.C, my father had just passed and needed to take care of some things, and our line to water pump had broke. It was by luck we found them but a blessing we did. Randy was on top of everything and even the mechanic drove us to the hotel nearby which Randy had called for us in head of time and got us a room. The work was done efficiently and had us back on the road the next afternoon!! Randy even called us to make sure we got there safe with no problems! We are so thankful for the great work and to meet such wonderful people!

Only place I've been too where they treat you like a customer and not like a idiot. Service is fast, reliable, and everyone I've interacted with is beyond nice. Even on busy days, they still squeezed me right in, and got me put the door quick. 100 percent recommended, just call them first, the website can be finicky.

Mike and his team are truly amazing and incredibly talented. When I urgently needed a new tire and all the big-name shops were either fully booked or didn’t have the right one, they managed to squeeze me in the same day! They took the time to thoroughly explain everything that was wrong with my vehicle and even pointed out upcoming services I might need—without any pressure to act immediately. The level of care and transparency really stood out. I was so impressed with their service that I now recommend them to all my delivery drivers at my near logistics branch.

Mikes auto is a great place to get an honest opinion on the things your car needs. None of the issues like when you ask for a transmission filter change, not a flush. They listen to you. Great service when you need to ask a simple question over the phone. Ill keep going to mikes for any job that I can't do myself
