The service and staff knowledge are amazing. My Fiance and I have come in several times and gotten excellent help from Zach. His knowledge, attitude and dedication to helping us find the best gear for our situation keeps us coming back. Thanks a bunch Zach!

Zach’s extensive knowledge, and thoughtful, easy going attitude has single handedly kept me coming back to Sun & Ski. I’ve been skiing for a few years and looking to upgrade to longer term gear. Over a few trips to Sun & Ski he has helped me try on boots, discuss skis, and pick the best gear for me and all around what kind of skier I am and want to grow into. This place is lucky to have him!
I just put in an order for the perfect K2 boots for my wider feet, and when I want to upgrade my skis I plan to come back and work with him to get those too.
I also love their price matching program. Thank you for being awesome. Zach and Sun & Ski.

Had the most impeccable customer service experience at Sun and ski. Came in to have new ski boots fitted to my set of skis and needed them to be done before the upcoming weekend. Brian went above and beyond and had them ready to go same day. Asked if I had a moment to hang around the mall and managed to have me in and out within 30 minutes same day. Highly recommend coming in to this location for all your snowboard and ski needs.

Their seasonal ski rentals for my kids is so clutch. Great price. I also finally got my own ski boots and LUCA was super helpful - very knowledgeable and approachable.

Got three ON and HOKA. Best customer service. The rep Anthony in this location is the best. He was very kind and super helpful. Not even Dicks and Bloomingdales had this level of customer service. Will shop here more now.

I had a great experience at the Sun & Ski Sports in Hanover. Jahn was extremely knowledgeable, as well as personable. The inventory is massive with multiple brand names. I highly recommend this place.

My family of five came in to adjust some ski's with bindings we bought from an online retailer. The gentleman at the ski repair/adjustment center with the awesome handlebar mustache helped us out bigtime. He pointed out that the ski's were way to long for my daughter and could be dangerous for beginner skiers. We ended up buying some new kids size ski's/bindings for her. Then he helped us get the ski's we bought online fit to my wife's ski boots (she also needed a pair). He did all installation and adjustments in the same visit which saved us from a return visit for pickup and he did it so quickly we hardly had to wait. Since we had 3 small children and ski gear to carry he even helped us while exiting by opening the side exit so we could go directly to the parking lot instead of through the mall.
Awesome service!
Will be coming here in person for future needs since I can buy the right thing the first time and have it adjusted professionally.

I bought a snowboard and set of bindings from this location for my brother for a great deal back in July. It is now November, and I finally gave them to him, but when we opened the bindings box, we realized there was only one in there. I called today to see if they still had the other one. Turns out they did, and they're mailing it to me tomorrow! Cannot thank them enough for helping me out with this and not blowing me off, I'd definitely shop here again!

Went in to buy my first pair of skis and Zach was a tremendous help. Super knowledgeable in many ways when it came to ski equipment & everything you may need with it. Had a lot of patience when figuring out boots/helmet, overall a great experience. Definitely will recommend people here going forward.
