I gave them two stars as they are organized and OK with a very basic move, but just hope they don't damage anything. We had rented new industrial plastic storage containers to move our stuff. Simple instructions: be careful we don't own these. Heavy boxes on the bottom. Don't stack them up high. Moving ten minutes away they broke 23 expensive boxes! City streets didn't help, but that is $1000 negligent. It has been one month since filing the claim and submitting photos they requested. Since then NO response to emails or multiple phone calls and messages. Their claims people don't have a phone number you can call. If you hope this company will take responsibility for damaging your stuff or even respond, don't hold your breath. Expect to eat the costs.

Perry was recommended by my realtor after selling our house. I contracted Perry Moving for two in-state moves(2023 and recently in 2025). The support-side, i.e. estimators, scheduling, payment, etc. were great. The moving process was well documented and communicated. The moving team arrived on-time with all the needed equipment. They were polite, professional, asked a lot of questions and then went to work. They were careful and didn't scuff any walls or floors. Our belongings were well-wrapped and protected. For the move-in, every box was placed in the correct room, furniture reassembled and all packing material was removed. No damage. No drama. That's all I can ask for on moving day. Thanks to Steven and Sarah and some great guys on the truck for two successful moves.

The crew gets five stars for being polite, professional, and easygoing. 10/10 would work with them again. Management gets zero stars for sending the pack crew on the wrong day and then refusing to offer compensation for their mistake.

From start to finish, our move was seamless. The Packers did an excellent job preparing our things for transport. Everything was wrapped with care with sufficient padding and well labeled. The moving crew was extraordinary, a team of five, led by Jose Gomez, packed up our house and drove it to the new location, and unloaded each item quickly and carefully. I’ve never seen five men work harder, and throughout the entire experience, Jose Gomez was helpful, professional, patient, and attentive to every detail and request. Having moved at least 15 times in the past with several unhappy experiences, I went into this move cautiously. Happily though, this was easily the best Moving experience I’ve ever had – thank you Perry Moving, and especially, my thanks to Jose and his team, for all of your hard work and care.

After my initial video I sold 6 peices of large furniture. I called and was told no problem, movers would finish early and credit would be applied.Day of move, they could not fit in truck what furniture I was taking, was this a too small truck?? which forced us to go back and load up our cars, damaged some furniture with greasy hands and nicks on the wood, dropped off the clearly marked boxes in incorrect spaces, mostly heavy tools and garden equipment was put in basement even though they were marked for the shed or garage, dragged out the move to make it last the entire 8 hours, never offered a walk through before they left because I would have seen where they just dropped boxes or the rug and plastic bins they left outside the truck that they forgot. Part of our contract was to take down, wrap and put TVs back up in new location. Since previous owners left TVs, that did not have to be done which should have taken even more time off my bill. Perry actually left one of my TVs' still wrapped in their quilted blanket .Proving that they just dropped and ran. Very chaotic and driver kept saying I need to sign off or they would have to charge more money. I called next morning and was told by Sarah she was sympathetic to what happened and get back to me. After 3 addtional emails I sent to her and the company.....silence. Wow they could not even call to say they were not going to do anything. Sometimes things do go wrong and for them to ignore just shows that the little customer really DOES NOT COUNT. BEWARE of Perry Movers.

We have moved 16+ times and the four men that were sent were the best movers we’ve ever had. They were insanely fast yet took great care in their work and packed everything efficiently and securely. They were all very polite as well.

Perry packed us in 3 hours and moved us in 6 hours. Don’s packing crew got it done without any broken things and for the second time in 3 years earned a 5 rating. Crew was different but the lady and gentleman were great. On Move day, our crew of 5 worked their butts off and did not nick one wall. They were efficient and a pleasure to work with. Crew chief was from outside of US based on his accent but also did a great job and his 4
Workers got it done. Rates a 5 again.

Perry Moving & Storage is the best! I have used many movers and no others can compare with the personal service, professionalism, kindness, consideration and flexibility of the Perry staff. Kenny and his crew have been so good to us over the years, patiently working with us to get our things into and out of storage between international postings. And the manager Steve is so responsive and works with you to get it done, no matter how complicated the request. And it is no revolving door of different workers - Steve and Kenny are always there and like family. With all the stress of moving, it is great to have such a great team with us.

The estimate matched the actual cost thanks to our estimator Steven.
The 3 men who handled the move did a terrific job in horrible weather conditions- hot, humid and then downpours.
They were extremely professional, courteous, and worked very hard.
Thanks to Perry movers again. This is the 3rd time members of our family have used them.
We highly recommend them!

Mr Richard Gale is a solid lead for your moving needs. He is proactive in his communication and expectation management. Richard stuck to the timelines and was very flexible when some of the coordination of dates was off originally.
