Best Buy needs to stop using this service. I had two Samsung TVs from them and Pilot Freight Service was the delivery service they delivered them to my house. Both TVs were damaged out of the box as both of them had dust inside and backlight bleeding everywhere. One was returned and now I have to spend $650 on getting my 2nd TV replacement repaired by a different company as Samsung customer service is bad. I don't want to deal with Best Buy on ordering TVs from them anymore. I know somebody that ordered a cricket from Best Buy and it was damaged out of the box.I'm done ordering anything expensive from Best Buy and having them delivered to my house. Very bad experience

They cancelled an Amazon return pickup without notice twice in a row, wasting a lot of my time. They do not answer phones. Fortunately I was able to arrange a return through UPS instead. I would not do business with them if I can help it.

item was to be picked up January 312023 never showed up. Had to make another appointment. Came on February 3, 2023. After item is picked up I found out it's not being returned to Amazon till February17 2023. Two more weeks to wait for a return. Terrible service. They don't deserve. 1star but there's nothing lower

Terrible experience. I received an email stating that I could schedule an appointment - the link did not work, so I could not choose my delivery time. The company chose a date and time frame that worked for them instead. Fine. I arranged to have someone home at the time they chose. The delivery person came earlier than the delivery time (without notice). Therefore we missed the delivery. It has been impossible to contact a representative or to reschedule online.I do not understand why any retailer would select this company to complete their shipments. Very dissatisfied.

We purchased a dishwasher from Best Buy. They called and asked if they could deliver it two hours early. I said "of course!"They carried the product in to the house. The two men were very polite and careful with the dishwasher.I installed it later with no problems...it worked fine.

Horrible customer service, I ordered a washer a dryer from Best Buy and this is the 3rd party vender they used. My order was a return and exchange. The installer attempted to make the decision that my faulty dryer was good and didn’t need to be exchanged without any communication with me. After I insisted I wanted my order completely fulfilled he attempted to be manipulate me into keeping my current dryer by saying the dryer on the truck may also be defective and if we remove your current dryer (that works but leaks) they will not be able to bring it back in and I would need to start the process from the beginning, leaving me without a dryer. When I proposed bringing in the new dryer and plugging it in before removing my current dryer he suddenly lost the ability to communicate. Ultimately at the time of me writing this review everything is working. Best Buy needs to remove this vender, customers should not have to tolerate this unprofessionalism.

I cannot believe that best buy works with this compony. Also It is best buy’s fault about false promises for stove instillation. They can’t disconnect a free standing gas stove, which their website never mentioned.

I was completely satisfied with the service. The guys were super nice and took care of everything. I especially want to give Ed a 100%. I wasn't sure of the process and I bugged him to death with emails. every single email was answered very fast and he was so helpful and never once got upset with all the questions. Thank you, Ed.

Instead of typing a review, I will past my email to the company:Start of Email:Good Afternoon,I had my couch from Macy's delivered to my home in McLean, VA on Tuesday, the two people who delivered did a very poor job, I will detail the reasons below:They were making such a fuss as the couch needed to be placed in a first-floor room with a tight door frame, they made such a fuss that I eventually told them to leave the wedge piece on the landing and I would make it thru the door and complete the set up myself.They were continually using "cuss" words in Spanish, not to me but to each other, I do not know Spanish myself but have seen the word used in movies before and know that it has a negative connotation, I do not wish to repeat it, when in someone's home this is unacceptable behavior.Last but not least, as they exited my driveway, they did not completely turn their truck and ended up going into my neighbors ditch and hitting... at very slow speed my front neighbors tree, there was no damage to my property and no one was hurt, but the two young men will for sure get into some trouble if they continue operating in this way.I will make sure to pass this on to Macy's as this has a negative impact on their brand image.End of EmailDo you know why retailers use them, because they are cheap and probably kick back some money to the retail shipping manager, terrible company.
