Wow I didnt know that employee's where now allowed to wear crocs and no name teeshirts to work. There is a lady In the store right now walking around like this. Totally unacceptable!!!! Puma Arundel mills needs to do better!!!

Have been buying Puma shoes from this store for over 3 years. Staff are always super friendly, going above and beyond to find the best shoe for me. Even If that means searching the back of the store.

Went in to get my daughter new shoes for school and Milan, who was incredibly helpful, went to the back to dig out the right size for us. He was super nice, the store was clean, and we were in and out in no time. My daughter loves the shoes and we will absolutely be back.

I came in a couple days ago to look for some new shoes for my kids I was helped by this lovely young man believe his name was Millan he seemed to be the only one going back and forth to help me but also other ppl in store I was able to find a perfect shoe for my son I would say I wish it was more staff in store and usually when I do come I am not catered to the way I was this day .

Came in here the other day to shop the staff were all congregated at the till chatting to make matters worse the store was leaking rain water every where they opened the store like this and allowed people in? When I asked the staff they were Rude lazy and unhelpful this was a hazard and the shop should of been closed,

Today I was shopping at the puma in Anne arundel mall as I do per usual. I was looking in the bmw section and went to try on some clothes. I went in a second time to try on clothes and then I walked out greeted by 2 of the workers where in my mind it seemed like they thought I was stealing. One of the workers, an old black man with glasses looks at me up and down looks into my bag and blocks off both ways to leave the corner where the fitting rooms are. Then he wanted to blame me for the items other customers had left there. Very unprofessional. Will never go to that location again .

I was just rudely talked to by an employee at your Arundel mills location. I was simply asking her "do you all carry the MCM pumas in picture in the window". She snapped and i couldn't even get my complete sentence out and she replied " No, it's just a sign". If this is how you speak to your customers you don't EVER have to worry about me shopping there ever again!!! Also right before she snapped at me, she snapped at young man that simply asked her were they hiring. Her attitude is truly disgusting!!!! This needs to be looked into and immediately and checked! You will lose more customers just like me and the others that were in the store that just walked out!!! I will never return to this location!!!!Sent from my iPhone

Poor and rude customer service. I stop by to see if they had a color I was looking for and as soon as I walked in there was two employees at the front counter a man and woman . I asked if they had the color and the women just gave me a dirty look and the man grunted no. I left after that. I didn’t even want to look for anything else.
