I was nervous about my appointment because of the bad reviews but I'm definitely going to this Quest for my bloodwork from now on. I have a severe phobia of needles and blood, and I told the lady taking my blood, and she was understanding and got it over with very quickly, and checked to make sure I was okay afterwards. My doctor also sent the order to the wrong place, and she was very patient when I had to call them to fix it. I didn't catch either of the ladies' names that were in there but I'll definitely be coming back!

My first time at Quest. I found Tanisha to be very personable. Will return if I need testing in the future because of her.

Super easy process! Was called back right at my appointment time and Tanisha was extremely pleasant, friendly and nice!

Went I was In the doctors office there was no doctor. There was only a rat and the rat did my blood work very unsanitary but very effective. Would recommend for kids and families especially with newborns.

It's always super easy to get in and out of this location, I've never had to wait longer than 5m with an appt scheduled. The phlebotomist, Tanisha is very good at what she does and she has a fabulous attitude, always smiling and having me leave with one.

Very unprofessional and very rude. Lady treated me so bad. Why work at a place if you don’t like speaking to people. I have mental problems so it takes me time to process things. It was the older lady working that day. When you go in, her office is straight. Not the office on the right hand side, but the one in the corner near the safe box. Hire better people. Ridiculous.

Unprofessional and rude. I only experienced one tech for my drug screening but she acted like I was a inmate or somebody begging for assistance. Wasn’t very personable then wrote a bad note to my employer because I refused to wait a hour at there office for a new test. I highly don’t recommend this location.

Terrible. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I’m giving one star because I can’t give zero. Two of the three lab technicians I have worked with were rude, lazy, and inefficient. My doctor is thirty minutes away and it’s closer, so I was going for convenience. But the convenience dissipated fast. The lab techs turn away business as quickly as it comes in. If they see a list of labs or if you come with orders from two doctors, they try to turn you away. The first time I went, the lab tech was actually good that day, but my doctor never received my labs. I overheard one lab tech talking about fighting at work. Who does that at work?The second time I went, the lab tech was rude and turned me away because she didn’t want to do labs for two doctors. The last time I went (the next day) a younger lab tech was texting and on Instagram, very rude, and tried to charge me for labs that are normally covered. Then she told me she didn’t have time for me to call my insurance. These folks have absolutely no training and no accountability. This place has a very low standard of care. I don’t like to complain about people but in this case I have to. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. If you do, no worries, they’ll waste your time for you and then you will have regrets.

They tried to fix and it was like a game of fixing it. Flip a coin. You go, I go. Just crazy.After they saw lab work, the doctor had used Labcorp and I was told to go back and come back with Quest.I knew this was my breakaway.I went to a Labcorp and it was so amazing.

Complete waste of my time. I arrived only to be told that website errors have messed with peoples’ appointments. Please send out email blasts notifying people of this possibility. Don’t them at 7:15am. Run a tighter ship please.
