Go literally anywhere else. People are rude, they seem to always be on break and too busy to help. Not worth the hassle and will be switching my stuff to anywhere else. You’re welcome.

Call to check on if they even have medication in stock. They refused to tell me anything over the phone compared to all other pharmacies when I called they at least told me if something was in stock to have a prescription sent over. Why would I have a prescription sent to them if they don’t even have it in stock?

Arundel mills pharmacy is excellent, I always am treated with utmost respect and tony is the best pharmacist I have ever met he works with customer service skills and is the best land

Customer service is terrible can never get thru to anyone on the phone I had to call the store and have the store manager contact the pharmacist I still have not received my prescriptions after 2weeks of trying to get in contact with someone I would not recommend going to this pharmacy . The first time I visited and they were short staffed I let it go. My scrip was called in at 1130 and it was almost 7 at night by the time I got my medicines. Never a good experience I would never want to go back to this particular location gain for services. They don not care about the customers enough to do simple thing such as to answer the phone and empty the mailbox so people can leave messages

The Pharmist knows us Well. We have been going here for about 10 yrs. They do Need more help but the main Pharmist Tony is Awesome.

Gross . Place stinks like rotting food. Employees are rude AF. Nobody can be bothered to update the store hours online , on their phone prompt etc. (They close at 10pm btw . ) Pretty pricey for food that's on the verge of expiring . Avoid . Oh and prepared to be hung up on if you call them .

Customer service sucked. You pay extra for delivery time even though it was supposed to be free the first time. They never showed up. No one could tell me when they left the store or if my refrigerated items would be ok. Excuses after excuses that told me nothing. I asked for a supervisor none ever called. Now i want a refund and they wont send anything by email to confirm it. I will never shop here again. Safeway is horrible in the store and online. I hope they rot! Do not waste your time. Or money.

I actually visited the store and not the pharmacy. I like this location. Whenever I do my shopping, there is only one open lane with a cashier and self-checkout. The self-checkout cashier is always very pleasant. From entering to exiting self-checkout, she provides a friendly greeting. She pretty much assists as needed and demonstrates a strong commitment to customer service. Overall, the staff at this location are typically willing to assist if questions are asked. The store manager that I interacted with on another occasion was helpful as well. The seafood department was closed and did not have any fresh seafood in stock, so I had to purchase a different item than intended from the frozen seafood section. I was told that the delivery most likely had not arrived. I was somewhat disappointed about buying frozen fish but I understood that it was a situation beyond their control.

This place has really good deals on meats, good cuts of meat and a good deli to grab food for a quick dinner. However, always make sure to not buy more then 10 items because they don't have cashiers and you will have to use the self checkout. I made the stupid mistake of thinking I could buy a week worth of groceries at this grocery store and ended up looking like a moron using the self checkout because of no cashiers. This was at 10:30am, so it's not like this was during the senior hours. Even Walmart has atleast one cashier at a time. Walmart of all places.

I arrived around 8am for an appointment with Quest Diagnostics which was soon over. On my way out I headed to pick up bananas, passing through the meat section, where I witnessed an underdressed manager type arguing with the butcher, out in front of the empty butcher’s case for all to hear, in a very unprofessional manner. Selecting my bananas I headed for self checkout, where I was greeted by the checkout facilitator. A satisfaction survey popped up on the payment screen with the first question asking if I would recommend this store. The facilitator asked if would like to select the highest grade, to which I replied I would choose for myself. She then proceeded to fill out the entire survey herself, giving the store highest marks, while extolling its virtues the whole time. Not actually a good representation of my experience.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!! Evidently, in this store, the cashiers are allowed to personally set their own mask mandates. I was just in there, this morning, and I was discriminated against for not wearing a mask by cashier at register #3. When I mentioned to the "what appeared to be" manager, he was not aware of the current mask policy for the store or that this was happening. I mentioned that I will be filling a complaint with corporate and he apologized but a little too late.
