Skechers is definitely worth the place for a daily comfy or a sportive shoe that you are looking for. I was lost initially not know which shelf/aisle or rack was for youth boys. One staff got me confused while another staff sorted our confusion and we came out with as truly satisfied shoppers !
Simply ask clearly what you want and you will find your fit. I will definitely keep going back to shop at this place.

I shopped at the Skechers in Arundel Mall. Every store should have their employees wear name tags so customers know who to avoid. This person might have had a rough day or just doesn’t care about her job, but she was incredibly rude. She seemed aggressive when we asked a question, and when the line got busy, she just walked off. When she came back, I asked if a certain shoe was in stock, she responded with a dismissive “I’m looking,” in a tone that felt unnecessary. My wife and I exchanged looks, wondering what was wrong. There was no need for that kind of attitude, especially with kids around. Most places would be polite and simply say something like, “Let me check the computer or the shelves,” if they’re unsure. Being aggressive and saying “I’m looking” wasn’t nice, especially since I was there to buy shoes for my kids.

Waited at the point of sale for 15 minutes for someone to come to the register. You can check the camera we visited the store at about 2:20 p.m. on Saturday. There is literally four people in line waiting to check out! Please get some reliable associates! I won't be back too many Skechers in the Columbia area to shop here!

I am giving it 1 star because of the service. Over an hour in the store trying to find 11.5 extra wide. At one point, I was the only person in the store, and no one would talk to he or offer help. I wanted to buy 2 pairs of shoes but ended up only buying 1. I love sketchers but hate this location. Next time, I'll just buy several pairs online and return what I don't like.
I am posting this as I walk out. So go back and watch the camera.

Danny (I hope that’s right) is INCREDIBLE! She provided a level of customer service that I never would have expected. When we came in, she greeted us and explained all the great deals in the store. After a while of looking, Danny saw what I had picked and said she had something in the back that just came in and she knew I would like them. Well, she was right and I absolutely loved what she showed me! She didn’t have my size pulled yet but said she’d put them on hold once the shipment was sorted, and for us to come back when we were done shopping. We went back and sure enough, they were there waiting for me. I already knew I was going to buy those but with the BOGO deal, I picked another of Danny’s recommendations. So I ended up with two pairs when I only went in for one! When we checked out, she mentioned a few other pairs and I knew I had to come back to get those next. A really really great experience all around and the top notch customer service is what will bring me back to this store.

I had a very disappointing experience at this store. The manager was incredibly unhelpful and rude when I asked about a product I was looking for. I felt ignored and dismissed, which made the whole shopping experience frustrating. The store itself isn’t bad, but poor customer service really ruined it for me. I won't be coming back unless there's a change in how they treat their customers.

Plenty of staff. Even during the Christmas holiday. I was greeted at the door and wasn't hasled. Also, pretty much no wait time!

Brittany and kofi at the arundel mills location definitely made my trip to the store a breeze! They were so helpful, knowledgeable And friendly that I ended up leaving with multiple pairs.

Brittany the Manager went above and beyond to help me and my husband with the sizes we needed. She even checked the back room an additional time and found the size we needed. Ms. Danny is the best ! She helped me with so many things, my shoe size, right shoe for me,
and right fit for me. She has lot of patience and knowledge. She spent so much time for me so that I can get what is comfortable and best for me.
