Most things were sold out, the Barista took around 5 minutes to punch in each order into the machine resulting in long queues. I ordered my drink with no coffee - sure enough it came *with* coffee. Total waiting time was around 20-25 minutes…

Ok so now it’s past the holiday and I still can’t order online. There’s no way everything containing caramel is sold out. I can’t order coffee any day out of the week because annything other than the black coffees are marked as “sold out at this store”. Come on now. You have “order online” posters throughout the whole mall but can’t even place an online order for pick up!? SMH

As a customer who recently visited the Starbucks store at Arundel Mills, I feel compelled to share my experience regarding an issue I encountered during my visit. While the ambiance, service, and quality of beverages at this Starbucks location were up to their usual high standards, I was disappointed to discover an unexpected increase in the price of my order without prior notification.The lack of transparency about price changes was concerning, especially because I wasn't informed beforehand that the prices had been adjusted. It's essential for businesses, especially renowned chains like Starbucks, to communicate any alterations in pricing to their customers openly. This allows patrons to make informed decisions about their purchases and prevents any sense of unfairness or surprise when they reach the payment counter.The sudden overcharge without prior notice affected the overall experience and left me feeling somewhat misled as a loyal customer. While I understand that businesses may occasionally update their pricing, clear communication about such changes is crucial to maintain trust and satisfaction among their clientele.I hope that Starbucks takes note of the importance of transparent communication regarding price adjustments at all their stores, including the Arundel Mills location, to ensure a positive and trustworthy relationship with their customers. As a suggestion, implementing visible notices or informing customers verbally about any price modifications upon ordering would significantly improve the overall customer experience and avoid any feelings of being unfairly charged.

Had the pleasure of meeting a new Barista by the name of Nasha whom was just a gem ! She just had finished setting up the store for open, and my team an I had a hefty order. But she assured us it would be ready in a little over 5mins. And she did just that ! All 5 drinks and 5 sandwiches ready ! I applaud this Barista she’s amazing an takes great skill in talent in all over drinks hot or cold. Next time you visit the mall stop by an ask for Nasha !!!

The Mango Dragonfruit lemonade at this location is watered down this is my 2nd time here had the drink at other locations it was good.

Placed a mobile order for one cold brew at 2:46pm. At 3:10pm still no drink so I asked them about it and they grabbed my sticker and made the drink. Waited almost 30 minutes for a drink that took 45 seconds to make. Ridiculous.

The location was very clean and the staff greeted us well. The only downside is the location. The parking area is tiny and has to accommodate parking for inside and pass through for the drive up. Would have been cool to say my name was Bueller, but that is more on me than them. :)
