I went to go return these heels that just didn't match my outfit and I was waiting to get a refund for 10 minutes which is absurd. As I was getting my refund the store manager gave me the most disgusting attitude ever. Horrible service!

Very great service at this location. I needed a pair of shoes for a birthday dinner and did not have enough time to order anything. I walked around the entire mall and was about to give up and go home. When I circled back around to Steve Madden Jayla made it her business to help find me a pair of shoes to go with my dress. She was so genuine, kind and gave her honest opinion. I really appreciated her help.

I initially ordered a pair of shoes online that were cut too small. I visited the Arundel Mills, MD location to make an exchange and was greeted by district manager Micah. He was so awesome and attentive. Even though they did not have the particular pair at this location, he reordered them for delivery. 5 days later my shoes arrived at my doorstep and they are a prefect fit.Thank you Micah for your attention to this matter. You're awesome!!!!!E~

I walked into this location today and I’m not quite sure but I think the girl who helped me name is Taylor. She did an amazing job at helping me find the right pair of heels for my birthday and was very patient and welcoming. Thank you so much for everything! I’ll definitely be returning to buy some more shoes in the future.

So I went into this store after going to the Store next door which I was invisible and everyone was sitting in the back, thinking God I just need to find something and I was greeted by the most warmest staff ever I'd say in the mall so far the one that was so helpful was a young lady named LuLu I she was was not forceful not pretentious but was genuinely interested in making sure I was taken care of even made suggestions I appreciate great customer service and make it a point of duty to let it be known I've only been doing for 20 years and because of the experience I had I'll always be back.
