the store staff are unwelcoming , always rude and nasty. you can not tell who is a customer and who is an employee ecrop tops , sweats and ripped jeans for an employee at a kids store???????

Don't even bother, I have been calling this store multiple times a day for the last two weeks almost every other day I call this store because I want to be sure my online order is there before driving up. Not one time has anyone answered the phone at this store and reading the comments about the instore service I can see why

Had a terrible experience with “Mr.Eric” tonight. I picked up an item for my son that was marked $6.78, but was located in the clearance section. The clearance section had 15+ signs located all over that noted clearance was an additional 60% off the lowest marked price. My item should have rang up as $2.17 based on the dozen plus signs located all over the store. When my item did not ring up as the correct price, I politely asked “Mr.Eric” why the additional 60% did not come off. He told me it had come off the original price. When I pointed out that the signs stated clearance was 60% off the LOWEST MARKED price he proceeded to argue with me. I’m not sure why he decided to make a big stink over $4, but I decided to leave without purchasing the item. It’s pretty scummy of Eric to not honor the signs located all over the store. I instead went to the Carter’s store across the hall and spend $50 because of the amazing customer service I experience at Carter’s. Skip Children’s Place and go to Carter’s instead!! They actually honor their sale prices at Carter’s.

The “manager” is unprofessional; she comes up to you already in a bad mood and just hands a customer service card to avoid fixing a problem

The store is always messy. The price can be better IMO. However, they have very cute accessories. I love shopping, but I usually don't feel comfortable spending too much time here.

They will tell you the receipts cannot print in the store . Then when you get home and check your account you will see they charged you twice. When you call they say "this happens with us all the time you need to call your bank and dispute it". Let me get this right. You have a problem where you are knowingly fraudulently stealing from customers, but it's our problem to fix. No thanks
