I rented a U-Haul truck and discovered that the air conditioning was not working. This issue was particularly challenging as the temperature was 90 degrees outside. I contacted U-Haul four times regarding the malfunction, but did not receive a satisfactory resolution.
I returned the truck within 24 hours on Sunday at 4:15 PM and informed the U-Haul representative about the air conditioning problem. However, it appears that the truck return was not properly verified. As of Tuesday July 2, the truck is still check out.

Vehicle was not clean inside. Also, had to go to another U-Haul to get my moving accessories.

It was a relief to finally find a U-Haul location where all the equipment was there, the computers worked, and the employee knew exactly how to get me in and out with zero wasted time.

I rented a small truck for a few hours. Everything was fine but seriously the worst smoke smell i had ever experienced. They need to somehow clean out the nasty cigarette smell. Even with the windows open I could smell it and my clothes smelled like it after a short ride. If you rent from here be sure to check out the car first before leaving the lot. They have a lot of options, wish I would switched. The smell was unbearable and I usually have a weak sense of smell!

Thieves... When I got in the truck and tried to check it in with the all it wouldn't let me adjust the fuel. When I got back I was charged an extra $14 even though the fuel gauge was higher than when I left. I tried to show the guy and he wouldn't even look. I rent Uhauls 3-7 days a week for work and have never had this happen. It's a freaking gas station to boot. I could have got more fuel if it was actually lower. Not good buisiness

DO NOT GO HERE ! THEY TRY TO SCAM YOU AND MAKE THERE OWN RULES UP ABOUT THE UHAUL COMPANY . THERE GAS IS ALSO WATER AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS RUDE AND BEARLY UNDERSTAND THESE FOREIGN PEOPLE ! SAVE THE HEADACHE AND JUST GO TO THE OFFICIAL UHAUL COMPANY .

Busy gas station with only one person working. It took forever to get helped because the guy (nothing against him personally) was having to help other people in addition. 3 out of 4 of the tires had low pressure, and the air pump was out of order at the gas station. Uhaul of Odenton at 1480 Annapolis Rd down the street was nice enough to air the tires up for me. I'd highly recommend going there instead.

As everyone knows moving sucks! However, the lady who rented me my truck did her part to make it suck a little less. She was very pleasant and did her best to get me checked out as quickly as possible.
