I arrived at the post office at 10 minutes to 5pm. The postal worker locked the door right in front of me. Then she says we close at 5 pm. I explained that I was inside before 5 pm. Then the other postal worker says the machine is down, and only takes cash. They made all these excuses instead of trying to give service. What have we come to? The US Postal Service sucks. I hope my tax dollars from my wages are not paying their salaries. It’s Fedex for me from here on.

How does this place operate with 1 extremely slow employee, no automated machines to assist with processing and zero communication. Save your time and go to another USPS

The website says they close at 12:30 but I get there at 12:20 and the door is locked. If your hours have changed update the website so the public knows. Thank you

The suite itself could use a facelift/modernization, but the staff's attitude, professionalism & help is absolutely superb! Makes you question the phrase origins of "going postal". The gentleman helping me was well spoken, versed and knowledgeable of the whats and hows and even with what he didn't know off the top of his head, he didn't hesitate to go above and beyond to find the answers that I was seeking. And doing it all with smile too. I was genuinely pleased with the service received and would refer this branch to anyone who is in need of post office or staff who will do whatever they can to help you accomplish your mailing needs.

I really felt to spit on her mouth while she was talking . Always they make the service complicated those people . This is the democratic states , only hiring this kind of people at front desk only to show you that they are democratic. Tfooo

Super friendly and very speedy service this morning when I visited this post office. I had to buy a couple envelopes pre addresses for a special mailing arrangement and the postmaster here knew just how to help me. Thank you good postmaster.

I have a UPS store mailbox on Annapolis Road, and for last year the mail person who is delivering mail keeps putting my mail at this location in another mailbox (P.O.). I have talked to the Postal person at the front counter, and still nothing. I will be talking to the manager, and complain about this.

The middle aged, bald gentleman is super nice! He’s super easy to talk to and helpful. The pregnant, younger lady with brown curly-ish however… she is HORRIBLE. She mumbles all her words! She can’t even speak to customers properly and inform them on policies or prices. Idk how she still has a job here! Avoid this girl at all costs if you come and want to avoid a headache.

I know people need a job in todays messed up not so post Covid world times , ma’am you need to retire ,don’t want to give the wrong name so I’m providing the date, 5/25/2023, and yes it. Was 4:58 or maybe even 4:59pm about to close but he rudeness was unnecessary, I get it , but lady it’s time to turn in your papers, to many people are saying the same thing.

Quite often, something is wrong at this location: today (March 29, 2023), the system was down. The last time I went there, they would accept only cash, and so on—worrisome issues. The USPS management should give these employees proper systems to work with.
