My experience was horrible Michelle the store Manager please remove the two young ladies posing as cashiers immediately! I went there with my daughter to sample fragrances before going to Bed Bath Body & Beyond. Unfortunately my daughter felt intimidated due to laughter, joking before even purchasing. There was personal conversations looking at us laughing and then had the nerve to ask can I help you when they felt that I was interfering with their personal time on the floor! I immediately felt disgusted and aggravated that my child had to feel that way. I certainly wasn’t about to spend my money where I nor my child was not wanted. I also will NEVER consider shopping here again. This was my daughter’s birthday shopping spree where she, unfortunately learned at a young age extreme prejudice and unprofessionalism. The secret to having good customer service is to have people with that experience and training. Please do better

This is why I love Victoria's Secret!Not only am I a sale shopping fool. But I get to make my own super hero costumes. And nobody knows. Well, now they do.I wear it proudly!Bras were $7 each. Bought 7 different designs and colors. And had a 15% off coupon with rewards. Spent $35. Retail price per bra is typically $50 - $60.Panties were 5 for $20. Bought 20 pairs. And had a 15% off coupon with rewards. Spent $65.

It's almost always a mess in there and trying to find the right size is a nightmare. We stood at the back registers along with 4 other customers for 5 minutes before anyone told us those registers were closed, although there was an employee helping someone there when I walked up!

I visited this store to do a return. I had the original bag and the receipt was in the bag. One of the cashier ripped everything out of the bag and said the receipt wasn’t in the bag. Which was odd because I had double checked. But I was like Okay. I went and checked my car. Not there. Went and checked my house. Not there. I went back and spoke with the manager explaining my situation. She said she would check with the associate. The associate then said something that I couldn’t quite hear other than “she can’t do that”. Manager told me because it wasn’t at her store she couldn’t look it up and because it was cash I needed the receipt to return it. But as I had explained before the associate lost it. And she said because no one turned it in, there was nothing she could do. She told me to contact the other store. I did and they said without the receipt there was nothing they could do. I am more frustrated then ever and will not be returning to use this location due to lying associates.

The worst VS I have ever been. The cashiers are so rude. When your credit card didn’t go through and take some time on the line they have no patience at all. The worst part is scan your $25 reward card and don’t let you use. Please, be careful when you use any rewards card. Make sure to let them scan and check it if it works or not.

Came in today to shop for the new “so obsessed” bra. When I came in I selected a bra I wanted to try on because I was unsure of the fit. I headed back to the dressing room area with my husband and my son. Unfortunately there were no associates near by at all or in the dressing room area however the dressing rooms were open.I started trying on the bra I selected and someone started putting keys in the door so I said “hello” and someone said “is there someone in here”. I replied to her that I was in there and that I was trying on a bra. She said “okay, If you don’t like it just leave it in the black bin”. All seemed fine.As she exited the dressing room where my husband was with my baby she got on her mic and very rudely in front of him said “I HATE when customers just let themselves in”. My husband said “excuse me” as he knew she was talking about me, I was the only one in there. She then started to be unbelievably rude to my husband and myself. I asked her to stop speaking to my husband that way she she shooed us out with hand motions while rolling her eyes and being incredibly rude.I won’t be returning to this location ever. Brianna, who was the woman yelling at myself and my family, honestly should not be working in customer service. Even her employees looked embarrassed and were apologizing for her. We went to Columbia which is a little further however the experience was night and day compared to the Arundel mills location. I suggest if you are in need, head on over to the Columbia store and ask for Karla. She was incredible.

This is a very nice location, full staff and clean dressing rooms. I was lucky to have Miss.Kyra and the other young lady assist me she was very sweet and professional. I left feeling very confident and satisfied. Keep up the great service!
