Walmart associates were kind (they always are) and I got what I needed (as I usually do). That's 99% of the process and Walmart always passes with flying colors!

Not bad for a Wal-Mart . Seemingly friendly employees . for the most part stocked well and organized pretty well also. Only been there 1 time and the in and out process was smooth.

My wife & I came by to pick up tires we had ordered online only to find out the auto department had closed early. Door locked and everything well before the auto department closing time.
When I came back to pick them up another day nobody offered to help me carry them out to my car, they just rolled them into the center of the lobby (where there was a line of people) and left them there unattended for me to carry out myself.

had a weird and frustrating experience with curbside pick up. ordered scrubs and a bag for my new job went last night to pick it up and i only got the bag and another thing i ordered. i had my dog with me so i just told myself ill get up super early to go find a different scrub at the same place because i didn’t want to leave him alone in a hot car. i came back this morning at 6am and it took me about 3 seconds of searching to find the exact shirt i ordered ? just added on to a stressful morning felt like a waste of time. and they don’t offer a refund right away if it’s “not in stock” (even tho it was) customer support was very nice tho !
