It was very disappointing the way the employees seem to not care at all about their job. I spent 15 minutes trying to Find an employee to help me locate an item. That employee had to find Help from a few More employees and I still NEVER got the item I Wanted

I had an event occur at this Walmart with a manager and I believe a supervisor. I have never had a problem with the hourly employees. They're always great, smiling and are eager to help me out. However, due to the manager and supervisor still being at the store, I feel very unsafe here. I still go to this Walmart but feel I have to watch my back every time I walk through.

Tons of specials and great prices. The only thing I have issues with is the staff. When you ask an employee for help it's like it's an inconvenience for them.

Went to 2 different Auto Service Locations for Tires. Arbutus Supercenter is still on "Covid Time", they only work by appointments, no walk ins. I then called Arundel Mills and no one answered phones so I drove there. When I arrived at the Arundel Mills Walmart, I was told no one was answering phones because of short staff. The only Mechanic they had, left early so they could not do anything. They lost 2 customers just while I was there. Covid Time, really? Everyone is doing everything.Now, it's just an excuse for horrible service.

Time wasted, again!I've called this location for several days in a row, and they never answered the phone. Why? Because I didn't want to waste more time traveling 35-40 to get there, only to be told AGAIN! Sorry can't change your tire cause we don't have wheel wheights (or whatever the excuse is this time)C'mon Wal mart, you can do better! At least answer the phone!

Wow! I loved it this place had plenty of parking you can park up front lots of handicap parking large store well stocked in and out 5-10 minutes. Needed a battery from out of Automotive usually when you go to Walmart there's no one in automotive working they had two guys working at Automotive that were pretty knowledgeable about their DepartmentSo it was a pleasant visit...

We did not have a good experience in the electronics section, my spouse and daughter asked two people in that section on televisions and they gaffed them off. I had to ask the guy are you going to sell me a TV and it seemed like it was too much trouble. We bought it anyway because my daughter needed it but if it were up to me I would have left it there.

I enjoyed meeting Esi, one of cashiers. She packs the bags very well. When I was paying for my purchases, she tucked all the bags into my cart. What a pleasant surprise!

The food was pretty good they had a good variety they had some fresh fruit was delicious they have a sushi bar they also have the bar where you can get your meats and veggies and everything that you want cooked at one time in the guy Cooks a right in front of you at the grill who's pretty good for the money

I am wondering why "NO ONE" answers the phones. I have called EVERY department to get in contact with MANAGE and all of the phones just rang. Who is there answering the concerns of the shoppers. I don't want to have to drive BACK after I have left. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE FOR THIS STORE. Not to mention, There is a dark skinned young man in the electronics department who acts as if her doesn't want to help anyone, why is he even there. If i choose to spend my time and money in WALMART, it's not because I don't have choices.

Poor customer service in store. It’s also mind blowing that this Walmart doesn’t price match with their own online prices. Why bother having an open store if the prices are more expensive in person and you treat customers like the plague?
