Kim was amazing a super gracious! And it just so happens that one of her clients trains with us when she's in the Bethany Beach area. Fitness connects everyone! The facility was clean and had a great selection of equipment. If you're in the area, this is the ONLY place for fitness!

The trainers are knowledgeable, friendly, and have you work at a pace gauged to your fitness level. I strongly recommend Iron Force-CrossFit.
