Waited on the phone for over an hour to speak to a pharmacist. No one ever answered. So I took myself and my 2 sick kids out to see what was going on with my prescription to only wait 30 minutes in line(myself and one person behind me)without screaming for someone in the back to come help me. Of course I left without my medication and told them to transfer it to Aberdeen in which the Aberdeen location had it ready for me from the time I called to make sure it was transferred to the time I got to Aberdeen. All within 15 minutes. The pharmacist at Havre de Grace was the rudest person I’ve ever encountered in the pharmaceutical field on April 2nd around 4pm.

How bad is CVS in Havre de Grace? Is there a NO star option?!! Sit back and cop a squat because here we gooooo: I'm moving all of my prescriptions. I will pay the little extra since Weis isn't in the preferred network. The register employees are worn out and exhausted. The upper level staff is incompetent, ESPECIALLY the actual pharmacists. There is a total lack of compassion, care , concern but yet they like to pretend they're "part of [your] health care team." Everyone I have personally dealt with is snarky & nasty and make one feel as if they are an imposition. This hasn't just happened to me, but the 5 members of my family and many of my friends. If truth be told, Aetna buying them has only made it worse and having Silverscript, owned by Aetna, makes everything even worse. Fire the regional because they obviously don't give a good dang, fire the entire staff, close the doors, THEN hire and PROPERLY train employees, including pharmacists who have more skill than counting pills. If you can't, just shut it down for good so we can have a Walgreen's move in. At least they make their patients and pharmacy a priority.

Abysmal customer service. We have been customers for many years, but over the past several months there has been a marked decline. They almost never answer the phone. We've experienced wait times of over an hour before giving up. And it's not isolated incidents, it's over and over again. Sometimes they even pick up and hang up on you. Out of the last few dozen times we have needed to call we have been able to reach them the first try ONE TIME. Most of the time it takes multiple attempts with wait times over 30 minutes, not uncommon to wait 60+ minutes. When they do pick up they're almost always harried, confused, or more often than not, just outright rude. They routinely place orders on hold without explanation or contact with the customer when they get busy. They cancel orders without explanation, fail to recognize quantity or other exceptions filed with insurance, and sometimes flag thing as not covered only to reverse themselves a few days later out of nowhere. And they're almost equally useless inside, with long waits and no information. The drive through speaker was broken for a while and they just rolled with it. I don't know if this location is understaffed or what, but they need to get their act together or they're going to lose most of their customers at this rate. Wake. Up.

Bad experience overall. Dave specifically was rude and impatient. I had a photo order, and it came out completely blank. When requesting to fix the issue, Dave was short-tempered and unaccommodating.

Pharmacy staff are very unprofessional and don’t put their customers first. Very disappointed as this is where we go for our prescriptions.

This CVS has all the usual items and the store seems a little bigger than most with lots of space and wide aisles so you won't be crowded. I didn't use the pharmacy so can't comment on that, just stopped to get a couple snacks and everything was fine. Self check out was easy and there's plenty of parking. I'd stop here again if I was in the area and needed something.

Very empty shelves today on Sunday 11/14/21. The store looks very outdated too. It needs a whole new upgrade/facelift/remodeling to attract more customers. This looks like a very sad looking store.

Was just on hold for an hour and seven minutes! there is no way this pharmacy is so busy that they cannot acknowledge the customers calling for over an hour. I have been in the store waiting for a prescription and saw multiple pharmacy employees, including the pharmacist standing around gossiping. I have never in my life witnessed such laziness. if it wasn't for the fact the my insurance forces me to use CVS for my prescriptions, I would not come to this pharmacy.

The pharmacy will not fill a pain prescription from my doctor, the pharmacists said she isn't comfortable with the dose. I am in extreme pain from a pinched nerve and I cannot get the meds I need. Do yourself a favor and don't use the CVS in Havre De Grace Md!

Forced (more like strong armed) by Aetna to use CVS. I am currently on hold to check the status of a prescription and have BEEN on hold for 59 minutes.

Scheduled a Covid testing . Was given a 30 minute window arrived 5 minutes after scheduled appointment. The employee refused to test citing not being there on time. When I asked for the manager he pointed to himself. Tried to call to discuss my concerns hung up after being on hold fot 6 minutes .

You should be happy we have a CVS that have full shelves,you would be surprised the country's you think are not 3rd world countries have empty shelves let alone have a good supplies of medicine even the basic ones so that's why me Rhett Butler gives CVS a high rating thank you for helping us,and a big thanks to Mary and her employees

Forced to use them. Constantly waiting on the phone for at least 20 mins. Switched to CVS in Target Aberdeen and I have not had a bad experience. Hard to believe they are the same chain.
