Every machine takes quarters but walk in with cash and there's a bill to bill exchanger but nothing to give quarters. Waste of trip.

What a dirty place. Trash cans overflowing, folding table’s have to be cleaned off before use and the floors have trash everywhere. Not to mention the disgusting bathroom. The plus is not needing cash. The cleaning crew needs to come more often.

The parking can't be that bad, as the police used the lot regularly to pull cars over for going past 35 MPH down the hill... that is where they wrote tickets, etc.. (According to the legacy news media, this is where law enforcement would shoot you if you were African-American and removed your hands from the steering wheel. Or shake your hand and let you off with a verbal warning if you were Caucasian... That's according to our propaganda news media... ;) )

Is it so clean? No.
A lot of machines out of order? Yes.
Detergents? Didn’t see them.
I washed my clothes and I was satisfied? Yes.
I was in town for a night, the other laundry close at 5:30 pm so this one is better.

It's a pretty dirty place, there's no one there for any help, it has a bad damp smell. The worst thing is that there is no currency exchange and now it doesn't work to recharge the card. If you use your debit or credit card, it charges you 10 dollars even if you only spend 2 dollars, I think it is like the minimum charge. Rarely busy.

These machines charge way more than the price posted $$ the charges are CLEARED not pending or on hold and the owner is blaming my bank. Im not the only person who has complained about this. The owner told me to “Have my bank explain to me how to use a debit card” and refuses to accept that my charges are not PENDING they are cleared and waaayy more than the posted price.

Small but I went in on a Wednesday at 4:30pm and I was the only one in there. I can see where some people may find it confusing to start the washers because you have to press the arrow buttons to select to start then press the start button. I was satisfied with my experience and will return

Clean. Coin operated or pay with card. Reasonable prices. Responsive customer service. Will be back.Yes, the place can be a little smelly, but that's just the drainage system- My clothes didn't end up smelling bad from it.

When we first started going there, it was great, but it's gone downhill fast. There's no maintenance being done. A growing number of machines don't work. Some haven't worked for months. There's no attendant, so if you lose money, it's gone. It needs a lot of work before it will even come close to being worth the money it charges.

I can't say enough about how great this Laundrolux Laundromat is. Never a wait at this location and for the most part, everything is up to date and clean. The owner is somewhat of a mystery to everyone because people that have been there for 10 years have never talked or laid eyes on him.Whoever you are...Thank You for providing the neighbors and community with a chill, laid back, modern place to do laundry.
