We had our entire HVAC system replaced in early June. It was a bit more money than we expected but coming right before we got that ridiculous hot spell, the timing couldn't have been better. We sailed all through those miserable days without any discomfort and our house stayed cool. And our next BGE bill was lower than any summer month from last 5 years. We are very pleased with the product and service from Horizon.

Eric was fast & neat & did an excellent job fixing both of our leaking showers. Quick, & helpful & great at answering all of our questions. He even put back everything he needed to move, which felt like above & beyond service. We will recommend him to friends & family.

Totally satisfied with Horizon's Services, especially Eric (Horizon Plumbing Technician). He addressed the problem that the BGE Inspector discovered today during an area safety inspection. Eric was knowledgeable, professional, and informative. He explained the process and did an excellent job from start to finish. I know you have a 5 star rating, but I would have to give him a 6th star. Eric went above and beyond our expectations. My wife and I now feel safe and secure in our home once again. HDG area water heater replacement - Eric was knowledgeable and professional, he identified systemwide plumbing issues based on tangible evidence and provided straight forward options for resolution.

Eric came out to check our 14 yr old water heater which wasn't heating water. He quickly identified the problem and gave us an option to repair or replace the water heater. After discussing, we opted to replace the unit and within 3 hrs we had hot water again. Eric was very courteous, cleaned up any debris and hauled away the old water heater. Great customer service!
