From that point on he went significantly above and beyond to determine the proper brace (there were many versions). Communicated with me, with my doctor, with the brace provider. He e-mailed me pdf documents of the brace he recommended, how to use it, etc. He then spoke with me on the phone and guided me to the right size (since I apparently think I am thinner than I am).
