Wow! What a crappie pharmacy customer service this place has. I am transferring my remaining prescriptions to another place. The person at the pharmacy counter talked and acted like she didn't want to be there, and certainly didn't know what she was doing.

I completed COVID 19 test at this location on Monday right before Christmas and I was told that I would be receiving results in 2-3 days. I called this location when I did not receive my results in 3 days. Pharmacy told me to contact Quest Diagnostic regarding my results and couldn't even answer my question, "which Quest lab to did you send it to? so that I can figure out who to call". I got hold of Quest diagnostic next day and found out that this Rite Aid location did not even call Quest diagnostic to pick up my test. Because of this location's mistake and failure to check if my test was sent when I called them back, I did not receive my test result on time and I will not be able to enjoy Christmas with my family. Do not utilize this location for COVID 19 testing.

I switched from another pharmacy and I'm sure glad I did. This place is hands down professional and reliable. Just the two main things to make getting what I need easy and pleasant. If they take a little longer than usual, be kind, word is getting out that they're pro-efficient

Hands down the best customer service in the pharmacy! Dan, Isabelle and all of the others have gone out of their way for me! Can’t praise them enough.

Terrible , they didn't even look at my insurance or ID to see if I was the one the prescription was even for . An they charged me an arm and a leg for a medication that I could have gone else were for that wouldn't even charge me half that price .

I was there this evening. The two in the phamacy were so very kind and efficient. The female clerk went all through the store and patiently helped me find items. The young man at the cash register was courteous.

After 20 years using Rite aid, we are done..No one will call & say It's on backorder.. Losartan of all things..blood pressure meds..Then they send It without my knowledge to CVS..All I can say At this point Is Thanks Colora Pharmacy for caring about your customers!! A 15 minute visit & he transferred all our scripts & guess what Losartan Is In stock..Thanks Rite aid for letting me go 3 days without my medication!!!

What a rude incompetent pharmacy staff. Do not go here. My dr called in a prescription and they had no record of it. They were mean about it and when I asked for a suggestion of what to do, they said I dunno. Idiots...mumblers
