Van Gogh Vapes is a standout smoke shop tucked right into the heart of lively downtown Havre de Grace. From the moment you walk through the door, you’re met with good energy, a beautiful space, and the kind of atmosphere that makes you feel instantly welcome — like you’ve stumbled upon a well-kept local secret.
Their selection is seriously impressive — from disposable vapes and juice refills to prerolls, and even infused treats you didn’t know you needed, from snacks to beverages. I’ve discovered something new every visit — and I’ve been back at least three times already (and counting).
But here’s the real magic: the people. The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, and then there’s the heart and soul of the shop — Theresa. Imagine if a Golden Girl had teamed up with the original wave of cannabis activists — equal parts wisdom, sass, and soul — that’s the kind of vibe she radiates. And I mean that with nothing but the deepest respect and love. She’s the kind of person you immediately trust, and clearly the kind of person who cares about every customer who walks through the door.
In fact, just today, I had what I’m calling a minor miracle moment. I bought a disposable that turned out to have a rare manufacturer defect. The store had literally just closed — lights off, door locked — and yet Theresa still made time to help. She listened, understood, and didn’t hesitate to make it right with a replacement. That level of care and customer focus is almost extinct these days. She brought it back to life.
I was so impressed after my first visit that I grabbed a stack of business cards and started handing them out like flyers at a concert — every smoke-loving friend of mine now knows about this place. The foundation of this business is solid, the products are top-tier, and the vibe is unmatched.
Van Gogh Vapes isn’t just a store — it’s an experience, one I’m grateful to have found. If you're anywhere near Havre de Grace, don’t drive past without stopping in. Your future self will thank you.

Great place for vape juice and cbd products. The prices are reasonable and the points you'll earn with each purchase can quickly add up for future legit discounts. The owners and employees are friendly, down to earth people.

Great staff! Everyone seems to be quite knowledgeable especially the store manager. Whenever the owner is in it’s always nice to see her as well. I’d like to say the only thing that should be changed is some more store branding. You have a wonderful business and it deserves an awesome sign ? hope to be back in town soon pick up some more supplies happy holiday to everybody.

The best selection of flavors you can find anywhere in the area!!! The owner is amazing and the workers are all top notch, next level on the products they sell. Wouldn’t go anywhere else, trust me I have, and it wasn’t pretty...

Very poor costumer service. I bought a tank from them, walked outside to my car to build the coil and add juice and rba section did not work. Walked back into the store 3min later to let them know of the issue and the staff said there was nothing they could do. A customer looked at it and realised a piece was missing. They would not replace it or fix it. I had to drive to my regular vape shop (class 5 vapors) in Rosedale and they gave me the rubber gasket to fix it for free.. Poor juice selection and they also charge to sample juices which most other shops do not do. One thing i can say is the prices on their devices are not too bad but i like to get everything i need from one shop. Customer service is very important in this buisness. Hope things improve at Van gogh.

Going to be straight forward, the store was very nice along with the salesperson. I bought the lambo because I was talked into it it was supposed to be so great, I let it soak the whole deal and it just constantly pops idk why? I thought since it was the same day not even 4 hours later I’d just be honest and say it doesn’t hit like I expected and was going for the juul. I was told I couldn’t return it since it wasn’t “defective” so I thought let’s clean it up refil see what I can do not a day later it won’t hold a charge so I’m guessing that had to do with the popping but as I go to return it within the 48 hours now because it won’t hold a charge I was told the other sales person already told them I just “didn’t like it” so now I’m stuck with a truly defective vape and they will not do anything about it. For the record I was super calm and respectful and honest and still they did nothing.

They have a pretty good selection of vapes and regular juices, but not much of a selection for salt nic juice. My one gripe is that when you buy a device from a shop, you expect to be able to get the supplies for it there. Ai was able to get pods once or twice but after a few months they no longer had them in stock. I was told they were ordering them that week and to come back next week. Well, I got told the same thing over and over for months, finally they told me they would not be getting any more or carrying them anymore. Then they tried selling me a new device???
