“I often visit the Parkton Royal Farms store and have to give credit to the Manager and Staff for their consistent attention to Customer Service. It is appreciated!”
“Zach at Royal Farms was absolutely amazing! Super friendly, helpful, and had such a positive attitude the entire time I was there. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of quickly and professionally. It’s rare to come across customer service this good anymore. Royal Farms is lucky to have him — definitely deserves 5 stars!”
“This Royal Farms store is the Best!!! It is always clean, stocked, etc. The employees are great, nice, polite, and go out of their way to help you!! Wish all places were like this one.”
“Today the employee john went above and beyond for great customer service.
I had been in to the store ea4lier in the morning and then went on my way to my errands and I realized I don't have my phone. I came back up the road and went in asked if anyone had found a phone. John even came out and called my phone to see if it was somewhere lost in my van that I couldn't see. Anyhow I got home and it was in the driveway. This is a good store!”
“Maishia is absolutely incredible! She went above and beyond to assist me and made sure I got everything I needed in just a matter of minutes. I can't thank her enough for her amazing help!”
“I shop and get gas at this RoFo location fairly regularly and have always been impressed with both the cleanliness of the store and the friendliness of the employees who work there. I had trouble use the rewards points on my app for a recent lunch purchase and was grateful for the assistance sorting it out! Plus, there wasn't a chicken salad in the fridge so they happily made me one. Win-win! Kudos to the team who works there!”
“I just come here to get gas. Good prices. Squeegees are available for windshields. Excellent car wash; but often has a waiting line. Friendly, competent staff. Small snacks and restrooms are also available here.”

“I love this place. They always have it together and the employees are top tier to each other and customers. I always came here on break for work with a coworker since it was fast and close by and John is always so friendly and goofy when we came in. I sadly started a new job so I made it a point to come in to make sure I said bye to him on my last week and he was genuinely happy for me and wished me good luck on the way out and almost had me crying with such a simple wholesome interaction. I wish nothing but the best for everyone at this location and hope the environment always stays this way <3”
“Good relationship with the workers. Delta-8 products available still. Offers variety of products so convenience is really their thing. Only issue is the lack of stated pricing on the shelves. So you do not know cost until you get to the register. Good place for 1 or 2 items.”
“Stop in for a spicy bite hot dog, I really like pickled jalapenos as a topping and they are not available there as there are other 7-Elevens. Not crazy amout the new automated lottery machines and they just installed it so they refused to sell you lottery tickets at the counter rather . I suppose you can't stop progress.”
“Stopped by for Lunch today! Tiff and Christina were so helpful. They were super sweet to my granddaughter which is nice but, the food was outstanding on top of the amazing service! Jimmy always has a smile.Great place! I'm going to try more things on the menu!”

“I find the employees very courtess and friendly. The gentleman was so helpful with my purchase of fuel for my car. He can out in bad weather with a helpful genuine attitude.”
“always polite even a lil nice quick conversation and also if you ask them for something they don't have they will order what ever it is that you need and they quick fast in and out always kind and caring”
“Over a month ago, I went there to treat myself for my birthday. I ordered a crabcake sandwich and 1 scoop of icecream. The team member who took my order was Meghan (I hope I have her name correct) helped me to pick out icecream that was not chocolate because I am allergic and they were out of vanilla. She and another team member read the ingredients and birthday cake was chocolate free. Meghan said that they take allergies very seriously. I have never had someone do that for me. Thank you Meghan for helping to make my birthday a great one. The day I went wasn't on my birthday it was during the days leading up because I celebrate for days!”

“Don’t understand all the negative reviews. The staff is generally pleasant and attentive. Sure, there will always be difficult times and unforeseen problems but generally people respond in the same manner they are treated.”
“I stop here 4-6 times every week in my travels for work. I can't start my day properly without a visit to the Parkton location. During the week, Shannon works in the kitchen and always brightens my day, even at 5 AM on a Monday. She is very friendly, professional, and always does her best to make sure my order is prepared exactly the way I like it.”
“Jessica was very helpful in getting additional products for me from the stock room.
Also very helpful at the checkout counter.
I will be back!!!”
“I've been very impressed by this pharmacy! They've been quick to fill prescriptions, communicative, and have gone out of their way to make sure I get one of the generics that actually works for me, even though that meant making a separate order, and after another pharmacy said they couldn't do it.”
“Wow, I had the best experience at this location. I usually go in and the stores are dirty messy and they have rude staff. This store was completely different. Heather at the counter was very nice and very personable. You could tell she really enjoys her job and she keeps the store organized and clean. She takes pride in it. Please give her a raise five star.”

“Grab your gas before or after going to Sam's Club or Lowes. It is off the beaten path & never really crowded. But it is the only 7/11 in the immediate area with gas pumps. Sorry, I mostly use Giant points! But I do love their pizzas & fountain drinks❣️Other prices too high, but that is why it is a convience store & you pay the price!”
“I frequently get my prescriptions from here and have found the staff to be extremely helpful, Mike the pharmacist always answers my questions and advice and are great to work with.”
