Every staff member I encountered was extremely helpful and professional. I interacted with four gentlemen at different points during my visit, and each one contributed to making the experience smooth and pleasant.
The supervisor—whose name I unfortunately forgot—was truly exceptional. He had a Louisiana accent and carried himself with a level of professionalism and care that stood out. He is, without a doubt, a top-tier supervisor.
Mr. Michael, my service representative, was equally impressive. He was gentle, kind, and highly professional throughout our interaction, ensuring everything was handled with care.
I also want to acknowledge the two other gentlemen who assisted me—one who finalized my service and another who handled my equipment. Their support did not go unnoticed, and I sincerely appreciate their help as well.

“Becuase my experience at Hyattville Truck rental was great I tried to rent a normal car at Wheaton Veirs Mill while my car was getting fixed but I cannot say anything positive about customer service as a senior who needed to be shown the ropes of a new car since I drive A 2012 vehicles . Very friendly staff but zero professional and thorough communications .”
“5 stars for Bryan! The entire U-Haul computer system was down, the line of irritated customers was growing, he had to politely turn away customers whose transactions couldn't be handled without a computer, and any transactions that could be handled without the computer had to be done by a pad of paper and a cell phone. Bryan handled all of this while taking calls from customers and taking calls from other U-Haul stores to guide other employees through the computer-less mess. I can see why Bryan has earned his position of General Manager!”
“Everett B. the General Manager made my day. It was a Holiday and if he wasn't there to fix my problem. I would not have been able to rent a truck to help my daughter move out. “I was really stressed about having to move out of my apartment before my new one was ready...the manager Brittany was so helpful and patient with me...she really made my day. The storage unit was so clean and surprisingly smelled really clean too. I'd never used a storage unit before and got a little confused but there was an employee there I believe his name was Brandon he was so nice and explained everything to me and walked me through it...who knew such great customer service could exist in Forestville. The team at the Forestville self storage is amazing and I will always come here for my storage needs. Thank you!”

“My experience with this particular U-Haul location, is that I was treated like they value my patronage, they value me as a customer.
I rented a small size box truck to move my personal property to a new place, it was explained to me by the nice and friendly clerk the policy when I return the truck back during after hours but I forgot to use the app system to return the truck doing after hours. Because I forgot the system penalized me $23 dollars, when I explained the situation to Henry who is the manager the following morning, he credited me back the $23. To me that is CUSTOMER SERVICE.”
“Very quick, friendly, and everyone felt experienced that their jobs and actually enjoyed being there. From the outside looking in; I was surprised at the level of organization and quick turnaround from front desk to hitch attached. I was expecting some level of pushback as I am not the most organized person. The front desk made sure everything was taken care of without any issues. I was able to leave on time and make it to site and complete the equipment move. The return was fast and smooth and I was able to walk in, no wait for the front desk, no wait for a dock worker. The entire experience was friendly, quick, and very professionally run.”
“The customer service was superb! Mr. Rick and his coworkers were absolutely awesome. I apologize that I didn’t get the young lady’s name, but the entire experience was pleasant from start to finish.
I was having trouble with my app, and without hesitation, Mr. Rick jumped right in with his great personality and willingness to help. Even when his computer started acting like my app, he remained patient and positive. The pleasant young lady stepped in right after finishing with another customer and quickly helped resolve the issue, making what could have been a frustrating situation completely manageable.
On my return visit, she just happened to be there again and kindly reminded me of the process. That level of consistency and care really stood out to me.

“Aquina was very attentive and knowledgeable of online registration process. I actually had a reservation the day before and had to cancel, but she was very helpful with making a new reservation to same day. She took the time to assist me with walking around to inspect the the truck and ensuring that the previous damages on the truck was notated before I drove off. I also watched how she took the time to assist another customer who was ahead of me with his reservation. Apparently his reservation were made at another location, but she took the time to move his reservation to the Central Avenue, so he wouldn't be inconvenienced. She was definitely multitasking with 3 customers at the same time, leaving all us to feel as if we were a priority.
Exceptional customer service!!! This is now my go to location and recommended location for a truck rental.
