I’m content with the service but the billing is a bit confusing. For example; I agreed to the payment plan where they average the bills to a consistent monthly fee. That’s great, but the last bill posted the monthly amount but informed me that what I owed was for two and half times more than that without explanation. I would like a more understandable bill/billing system.
