We highly recommend eMed Medical Supply for stairlifts. Mr. Tom Farquhar responded our inquiry about our needs in a very timely manner. He came to our home, carefully listening to our two stair chair requirements, providing suggestions for installations and provided chair and rail installation options, He provided pricing information and gave us a realistic installation schedule. When he received the kits, he gave us a date a time to conduct the installation. He came with all units, an assistant and installed the two systems. They cleaned up and demonstrated all functions and safety items. Greatly appreciated the whole process.

Purchased a 22’ ramp with installation from eMed. Tom was very helpful with suggesting the layout that would best meet our needs and answering all our questions. There was a slight delay with the order and Tom made sure we were aware of this. Great Customer service. Highly recommend them.

Was looking for a wheelchair seat belt and called this place, the gentleman on the phone was extremely helpful. He had the product out and ready for me when I got to the store. He took his time and explained to me how to get everything setup. Prices were similar to what I saw on Amazon and I was able to have it same day. I would highly recommend this place for any medical supply needs.

Excellent service and friendly staff. We bought two lift chairs and they went the extra mile to make sure we got our delivery when we needed it. They brought the chairs into our home, set them up, made sure they worked correctly and showed us how to use them. They made a very stressful situation much easier for us to deal with. Thank you!

eMed was a lifesaver for me when I had a hip replacement. I rented a lift chair, which was super comfortable and a huge help following my surgery. Tom was great to work with and very helpful during the rental process. I highly recommend eMed Medical Supply. If you need something following surgery or rehab, they most likely have what you need.
