“I have visited this shop twice. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and willing to answer all questions. I got recommendations for food and free samples. I brought my dog back to get her dewclaws trimmed. She won’t let me do it but was great with the staff. I am returning for a grooming appointment soon. This is not your big box, impersonal shop, I recommend you visit.”
“This is a great spot to find a variety of pet supplies and birds. The shop is well-maintained, and the staff is helpful when you're looking for specific items for your pets. It is a reliable place in the area to pick up essentials, and the overall experience is consistently positive, making it an easy recommendation for local pet owners.”

“This is my go to place for my pets and their needs. I love the selection of healthy treats and even the not-so-healthy. The just used the dog washing station on Sunday March 24th and I’ll be washing my pets there from now on. It’s just so much simpler to bring my dogs on a nice outing and get them washed in a comfortable tub. The easy conditioner hose with water is a game changer. The staff is also always helpful and friendly. I highly recommended this place.”
“Great personalities and care of my dogs! I’ve been a few times and have found them reliable, great all around customer service and a more cost effective choice. A biggest plus is that they’re more accessible, easier to make convenient appointments.”
“Absolutely fantastic, professional, punctual Damien and the good folks in the grooming section are just as talented as those high-end spots to get your loved ones groomed. You don't have to leave your animal there all day and it is way more affordable I am very impressed. I have a Persian Himalayan cat who has more hair weight than body weight they give him a lion cut.”
“This location has always been decent. Today solidified why I’ll keep coming back. I’m rushing to get there before they close to pick up some medicine to save a goat before she was too far gone. GPS says I’m going to get there 2 minutes too late. I could have called the emergency vet at a gigantic cost. But instead I called the store to see if there was any way to let me pick up the meds I had already ordered online. Just needed to pick up. I spoke with Doug who said “well the doors will be locked but I’ll hold it up here and get it to you.” I’m fairly certain I drifted into the parking lot 1 minute past close and ran up to the door. Doug was already waiting. Confirmed it was me and handed over the meds. I’m back home now administering and tending to my mini Nubian. I know it was only a minute. But he could have said rules are rules. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for helping. Petunia is thankful too.”
