“This location has always been decent. Today solidified why I’ll keep coming back. I’m rushing to get there before they close to pick up some medicine to save a goat before she was too far gone. GPS says I’m going to get there 2 minutes too late. I could have called the emergency vet at a gigantic cost. But instead I called the store to see if there was any way to let me pick up the meds I had already ordered online. Just needed to pick up. I spoke with Doug who said “well the doors will be locked but I’ll hold it up here and get it to you.” I’m fairly certain I drifted into the parking lot 1 minute past close and ran up to the door. Doug was already waiting. Confirmed it was me and handed over the meds. I’m back home now administering and tending to my mini Nubian. I know it was only a minute. But he could have said rules are rules. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for helping. Petunia is thankful too.”

I brought my dog back to get her dewclaws trimmed. She won’t let me do it but was great with the staff. I am returning for a grooming appointment soon. “Got a chance to visit my first granddaughter (Heidi) a one year old German shepherd and I took her to Wag N’ Wash for a little spa date. She loved the self wash. They have everything you need at a great price and were very helpful explaining their easy to use system. They have all the supplies included in your wash package and the dryers actually worked great. Get the four pack it’s worth it and so is your fur baby.”

“Yesterday I came in as a follow up visit to one several weeks ago when I purchased some speciality tropical fish due to poor service at another retailer. It was also a test of the quality of their fish and local care. I'm pleased to say that based on the weeks that the fish i got previously have enjoyed their new home with success, they passed with flying colors. Although they are mire pricey than other local retailers, the quality and local care are worth the difference.
With this visit I acquire additional fish companions to the earlier acquisition, as well as added some different ones.
24 hours later they are all together in the same tank and seem to be adjusting very well.
The service was incredibly prompt after I arrived with the individual helping me accurately identify the desired ones and securely preparing them for transport.
Will I go back to the other retailer, not after 2 consecutive outstanding visits at this location and no returns!”
