“I’m content with the service but the billing is a bit confusing. For example; I agreed to the payment plan where they average the bills to a consistent monthly fee. That’s great, but the last bill posted the monthly amount but informed me that what I owed was for two and half times more than that without explanation. I would like a more understandable bill/billing system.”

“Michael came to the house after we bought it and lived in. He walked me through the propane tank and utilities that use propane in the house. He even noticed that the gas fireplace’s logs weren’t arranged properly and had some charring, and took the time to help lay them out properly! I highly recommend Taylor Gas.”
