This is a small town dealership with phenomenal service. From start to finish I was I treated like family. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for in a car and quickly address the small issue I had with the car after purchasing. Thanks a ton to Ms. Cynthia, Tom, and the service crew for help my family and me out. Grade A place to shop!!!

So I waited a month to post this since that's how long it took to fix everything that should have been fixed prior to the car being sold. I will start off saying the sales team and manager were amazing and I had no issues with them. All my problems came from the service department who have horrible customer service skills. I bought a car on a Saturday and by Monday I had a list of 7 things that were obviously wrong with the car and needed to be fix most of them were small things but 2 were major like the keyfab not working and the passenger airbag not working. They fixed everything but the airbag quickly but some of the small problems have resurfaced resurfaced already and when I said something to the service center they didn't care. The airbag problem had to go to Chevy to be fixed and took a month to get in. I don't know who does the inspections at Tom Hodges but they need to be retrained. Again the salesman Olvan and managers Bob and Rob were amazing.but the headache with the service center brought my review score way down.

Heard good reviews and decided to bring my vehicle in for an oil rotation and tire balance. Dropped it off 8am on Friday, said I needed it the same day. Got a call around 4pm and was told the oil change would be done in 30min and then all the stuff that needed to be done on the multi point inspection they couldn't do until Monday. I told them I just wanted to cabin filter replaced but I would need it first thing Monday morning. He said that was fine, it would be ready by 10. I showed up at 9:30 and my car was just sitting in the same parking space it was the whole weekend. When I told them I'd just pick it up now, he wanted to argue with me about it now being ready. First he said, even though they open at 8, they don't start working on cars until later. When I mentioned that there are other cars in the garage being worked on now, he had nothing to say. They had it all day Friday, all day Saturday and they couldn't even get it in first thing Monday. Stay far far away from this place. Maybe they're better with people who wait for their vehicles. I'm pretty sure I just kept getting pushed further and further down the line because of people who were waiting.

This has been the worst experience I've ever had. I bought a Mercedes from them a little less than a month ago it's been making a loud noise from the engine. Tom Hodges told me they aren't qualified to fix it for me and it needs to go to Mercedes. They wanted ME to take the car to Annapolis Mercedes to get the car fixed when I have a WARRANTY FOR THEM TO FIX IT. They then proceeded to try and not give me a rental car even though I had the car for less than a week and it's having engine issues. They get the car to Mercedes and give us a loaner car. It takes a little over a week I get my car back STILL MAKING THE SAME NOSIE. The issue has not been fixed. We call them to have it taken back to Mercedes'. Again they don't want to do it they want me to and are not trying to give me a rental again. The service center has the worst customer service. And this company doesn't give one crap that they sold me a messed up car and they are trying their best to give me the run around until my warranty is up. Don't go here. Don't waste your money on a company that will sell you a messed up car and try to not fix it when you have a warranty.

I'm updating my review, while I still give the service department 5 stars, their sales department is lucky to get 1 star! We have tried to 'shop local' and buy a car from Tom Hodges repeatedly over the last 10 years that we have lived here. Years ago the problem was that all their cars were really beat up and over priced. The staff informed us that most of their cars come from auction, so they are often in rough shape. One time, right before they because a Mitsubishi dealer, they mentioned that they expected to get nicer used cars in once they were selling new cars because they would be getting nicer trade ins instead of auction purchases. So, once again we head to Tom Hodges when we need a car. It's 1pm on Labor Day and almost all the cars have "special" sale prices hanging from the rearview mirrors. We selected one of these sale priced cars. We discuss it in great detail with the salesman, we passed the sale price flyer back and forth with the salesman, and take it for a test drive. We sit down at the salesman's desk and discuss further. When we start to get into talking price, the salesman gets the manager, who comes over to us and tells us the sales price advertised in the window was a mistake. They WERE selling it at that sales priced, but they meant to pull that sales price tags down. So, it's Labor Day, the car were all priced for a Labor Day sale, they were willing to sell it at Labor Day sale pricing previously, but now (that we showed interest in it) it was a mistake and no longer on sale. My grandfather worked for a car dealer, and since I was little we have practiced and learned to love the art of negotiation. I love to haggle and love to buy cars! But never have I witnessed such shiesty business dealings. It was the definition of bait and switch. We immediately left and will not consider buying from them again. We were so turned off my spouse doesn't even want me to use their service department anymore.

My Kia had seen better days and they had a Ford Flex-which was beautiful. As a woman, I don't always get great service when buying a car. I was with my mom, and Donnie( our awesome salesperson) approached us quickly and asked how he could help. We had. Test drive, a fair evaluation of my car and worked out the details. Donnie went above and beyond, and made sure my new car was perfect. He ordered a factory manual(that was missing) and helped me to get an extra key. Everything was top rate service and I'm in love with my new car. I always get my cars serviced here, but this was my first purchase. It won't be our families last either. Ask for Donnie and you'll be happy!!

As much as I like the dealer, I have been disappointed with the service dept. I've only had car in 2 times but neither time did they wash it, or vacuum the front. Every other place I've gone always have always done this. Maybe I'm spoiled but the car wash is right there on site....

I have been searching for a 4WD extended cap pick up and the sales department has been looking to find something to meet my needs. Donnie and Pat have been working hard and finally found a vehicle that met my needs. I took the truck for a test drive on Friday, called my insurance company and gave them the details that i would probably be calling on Saturday to add the truck to my policy. Lauren started working the finance side of the equation.

I recommend Tom Hodges Auto Sales to anyone looking for a good pre-owned car or a new Mitsubishi. They take care of their customers and have a top-quality selection. Tom is usually on premises if you have a question or concern. I have done business with Tom Hodges Auto Sales for many years as both a customer and a vendor, and it has always been a quality experience.

The staff at Tom Hodges were fantastic to deal with. The best car buying experience I have ever had. The car was a little on the high side but Tom negotiated with me so that I left feeling like I got a premium vehicle at a fair price. Cynthia and Lauren were fantastic to work with and very professional. The whole crew was very tolerant and friendly with my two year old as he ran roughshod through the showroom and around the lot. Couldn't have been better.

Everyone on the staff was so friendly and accommodating! We had our 2 yr old with us and one of the ladies brought over some Halloween crafts for us to do and we enjoyed the little play area they have set up for kids; but not for long because the process was so fast and hassle free!

Cannot express how frustrated I am with this place. Will definitely never purchase another vehicle in my life from here and have stressed the same to friends and family. We have gone in circles for the entire year we have owned my wife's car. It has been in the shop at least 5 times a reoccurring issue as well as so many others. Paid extra money for the "bumper to bumper" that's a joke. Picked the car back up today needs were not fulfilled as they said they would be on a phone call now it requires another visit. The biggest issue I had with the most recent issue is blatant lack of care for what was asked as well as the loaner was given with 1/2 of tank so obviously returned with the same but I cannot say the same for my wife's car that was given to them with 1/2 of a tank but received today we 10 miles to empty with the fuel light on. This car and entire experience with Tom Hodges dealership has been a nightmare I wouldn't wish on anybody.
