I just bought a van here. Dylan was my sales guy. He definitely earned 5 stars from me. I feel I got a good deal. I don’t give praise lightly, be he really earned it. Very personable. No pressure. Great to deal with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND DYLAN!!

Great friendly service. Out the door with keys in hand in about an hour. Felt like I was talking to a friend not a salesman. It will be the first place I look for a new or used car from now on!

I had a wonderful experience at Tom Hodges Mitsubishi. I stopped in just to look around in hope of buying my first car on my own and was immediately greeted by a worker by the name of Dylan. He was very polite and helpful in asking what I was looking for and trying his best to help find a vehicle that was right for me. I had my eye on a car that didn’t work out but Dylan and another worker , Renee did an excellent job in finding me an alternative that I ended up purchasing. They were incredibly helpful and explained everything to me so I didn’t walk out confused! I will definitely be going back as well as recommending this place to others!

Just want to say all around amazing experience from to start to finish. Very upfront and knowledgeable about everything and diddnt push us in any direction and did everything they could to help us out. Explained every aspect of the process in full detail and put multiple options on table so we could go with what we felt most comfortable with. There were no hidden motives to get money out of us, just them trying to put us in the best possible position to buy a car and they performed that task amazingly. The experience was top notch and I'm loving the car!!!! Thank you again and will always recommend yalls services to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

We were shopping around trying to sell our car, we were lowballed at other dealerships and dealing with TOM HODGES was a great selling experience that was painless. They gave us a good price for our suv and the transaction was done in 15 minutes with no hassles. Recommend the dealership if you're selling your car or buying a car. They are awesome!

We had a great experience here! We had to get a new car quickly due to a unforeseen repair that was a game ender for my husband's current vehicle. Olvan was friendly, professional, and accommodating. We did our test drive, and they even put it on the lift for us so we could look under. This was also our first time buying a car where we had to use financing. Renee in financing was amazing, friendly, and forthcoming! Ian talked with us about our shared experience as a military linked experience! We felt comfortable, cared for, and seen as real people by all the team there! 10/10, would recommend.

I can’t even begin to rave about how amazing the customer service that I received today on July 26, 2024. I worked closely with Shamika who was just absolutely outstanding, and went above and beyond any car sales representative I have ever worked with. I had brought my two-year-old son with me and we were there for quite a while he was clearly getting agitated and ready to go. She took it upon herself to order him food to make sure that he was comfortable, which in turn, made me comfortable. When I was signing papers with Renee, Who also was absolutely outstanding. Shamika and one other gentleman that I unfortunately did not get his name but he was an absolute sweetheart, played with him so I could focus on what I was signing. I’m super super happy with my vehicle and super happy with Tom Hodges! Thanks for going above and beyond!
