It's never a good day when your car needs a tow. The dealership referred this company to me and I'm glad they did. Mike, the tow truck driver, was articulate, compasionate and was cleanly dressed. Even his tow truck was clean. Mike was methodical and careful loading my car onto his flatbed. He seemed to genuinely care about my car. He also made me laugh, which cheered me up due to the stressful start to my day. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.

Hubbell Towing had a tow truck out to my vehicle within 30 minutes. Driver was professional and a nice guy. Very careful with my vehicle which had a low clearance in the front. Definitely recommend!Service: Car towing

My car randomly locked (we think somehow the key was bumped )- and as luck would have it, both sets of keys were in my car this evening. As was my friend's dog! Thankfully, it was around 7pm and cool. It was suggested to me to call a local towing company and I picked Hubbell Towing as I live in Hughesville . My call was answered and my amazing rescuer was at my house 20 minutes later, as promised . With amazing customer service and a calm and confident attitude, my car was opened. The fee was more than reasonable. Thank you for being so responsive and helping us out so quickly!

Wonderful, affordable service! Last week my work vehicle had a flat tire, they arrived with a tow in less than an hour and I was back to work in no time. Customer service was awesome too. Very nice people! Thanks Hubbell Towing! If I ever need a tow again you will be the guys I call!

The guys that work here are truly genuine and so nice. My diesel broke down on MD5 with no indication of the issue. I had a driver dispatched and to my location within 5-10min of calling. The driver was super nice, managed to magically get her to restart but both he and his boss didn't want to leave me should anything happen again. He led me to the closest gas station where she died again waiting to turn in. The driver hooked her up, brought me to the pump. We decided to try fuel (despite there being no fuel light on and the gauge showing gas). After putting $20 in, she started running again- the driver checked the dash and THEN the light came on. Long story short, I have a faulty gauge or fuel sensor- but the customer service they provided was top notch! They truly care for their customers - and I immensely appreciated their willingness to stay with me and ensure I wasn't left stranded somewhere. Being new to the area I have no clue where anything is, so they even went as far as to recommend a diesel mechanic just in case. I'd highly recommend this company to anybody in their area if they find themselves in need. Hopefully I won't require their services again, but if I do I will gladly give them a call and my service. I can't thank this team enough!!

Great towing service here! Had two breakdowns with my SUV over a 30 day span. Both times their beautiful rig showed up to get me off the road safely and in a timely manner. My vehicle was handled well and their driver did everything they could to troubleshoot while loading it up. They have a repair facility, but being a company vehicle it had to be towed to the dealership. Price was so inexpensive that I confirmed they didn't make a mistake on the receipt. It's nice to find a local business who doesn't gouge and take advantage of someone in a bad spot. This is a very professional and trustworthy tow service!
