This company provides outstanding service! I called at 9:15 AM, and they managed to accommodate me with a last-minute appointment at 9:25 AM. By 9:35 AM, I was already back in my car—an impressively fast and seamless experience. From the front desk staff to the fingerprint technician and even the owner, everyone was exceptionally efficient and professional. Their friendliness and dedication to customer service truly set them apart. Highly recommended!

Although I went on a Monday morning, the process was such a breeze. The person I spoke with at the front desk walked me through my paperwork carefully and made sure I knew exactly what I needed to do! The actual process of taking the fingerprints was quickly after that and so speedy. Great experience and kind/personable staff

The staff on this Monday morning in late September was absolutely incredible! They were efficient, helpful, and worked to get me in and out as quickly but as kindly as possible. Really appreciate it! And extra thanks to the fingerprint operator Michael for being so helpful!!

Easy to schedule online, super fast service (I think total time door to door was 10 minutes!) and reasonably priced - slightly more than other fingerprinting locations but not astronomical. The tech was pleasant and efficient, and I had a great experience.

Highly recommend AQScan. I was able to set up an appointment online and when I visited the office earlier than my scheduled time, I was promptly seen. Nice professional staff as well.

After scheduling two appointments at DIFFERENT places to get printed and BOTH appointments being canceled, I was in a pinch to get them in time to start my new job. I made an appointment online at 8:30AM and went to get printed at 9:15AM that same morning. They said it shouldn’t be more then 15 minutes and they got me out in about 5! Michael was very helpful and polite and helped me understand the process! Definitely worth the drive and wish I would have gone here to begin with.

Walked in with no appointment, not knowing they were closing early due to being short staffed. Not only did Mike get me taken care of, but 2 other people wgo walked in at the same time, all as he was closing for the day. Even willing to take one of the people's family members who was right down the street. Still in and out, seemless process. Make sure you make an appointment to make the process even smoother! Great establishment! Would recommend to everyone needing their services!

I went there to get required fingerprints for a job application. I was able to schedule a same day appointment on their easy to use website, which had plenty of availability. Went there, no line, was helped right away, and Michael guided me through the easy process. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. I was in and out under 15 minutes. This is a huge step up from the previous location I used to go to, CJIS in Reisterstown. Never again will I go there. Would highly recommend AQScan, 10/10!
