Our salesperson, Chase was pleasant and accommodating. He gave us our space to look and experience the leather recliner couches but he was also accessible when we had questions. In anddition, he went above and beyond by bringing over a side table we were interested in to see if we’d like it with the couch. Chase explained the financing and seemed knowledgeable about how the warranty works. It was an overall easy and pleasurable experience.

Charles, is and was our super talented, knowledgeable Sales Associate, fantastic! Caring , excellent . He is a 5 star employee. We purchased our couch for our living room@ this store but, had done lots of homework, product research, and listened brilliantly to our preferences, needs, and comforts. He went an extra mile to make sure that the furniture is shipped, assembled at destination to avoid any damages. We will continue to shop with Charles @ Ashley furniture store (hunt valley) as future needs arises. Thank you Charles . You made our Christmas great, and New year by getting us that couch. Hooray!
