I am not sure why anyone would shop here. My contractor sent me here for bathroom fittings. The receptionist ignores you unless you say you have an appointment. When you have an appointment, the sales staff does not show you around the showroom but sits in front of a computer pulling up the most expensive things they sell. We ordered from them anyway and some of the Kohler products are really cheaply made. Exchanged for a different product. Other stores in the area offer much better and nicer service.

TERRIBLE customer service. Unbelievable how unhelpful they have been once they had our money. We made an appointment to order everything for a new bathroom, but after 45 minutes were told that our appointment was over and we had to come back. That should have been a red flag, but we did return and picked out everything. The cabinets were back ordered, which I know was not their fault, but it took over a week for them to let us know. Then, we could not reach our rep, who apparently was the only one who could help. Really? Nobody else knows how to use a computer? It can't be that hard to determine a delivery date. We finally received the last of the order, but 1 countertop was defective. They refused to deal with it and want us to deal with the manufacturer. This is why brick & mortar stores are going away. Why should I pay more for customer service if I don't get any. Phone calls were not returned. Hours spent on hold over the duration of this project. Phone transfers back and forth to others who could not (would not?) help or to voice mails that were never answered, were disconnected, or to people who no longer worked there. Phones are "defective." Voice mails that are "not working right." We should have just ordered on the internet and saved money for the same frustration. Everyone was very nice and polite, but that does not get us our bathroom. I wish I was a writer and could write a farce about this.
